I'm so happy that we're finally planning our honeymoon. We're going to a local beach destination right after the wedding then Bangkok and Japan in October. Any recommendations for BKK and Japan? Initially, we were only supposed to go to Tokyo for 5 days, but thought about extending it to 8 days so we can go to Kyoto and/or Osaka as well. Kaya ba in 8 days?

Next leg of our honeymoon will be early next year. I wanted to go to Europe, but then my fiance has a conference in US. Sayang naman the airfare and free accommodation so we might as well go there since he hasn't been there yet.

I'm so excited!!! Wedding is less than 50 days away, but I'm now more excited about our trips!!! I'm too stressed to even think about wedding preps. Hahaha

sis, we've been to bkk a lot of times already, but we'll go there again after the wedding for authentic thai food trip.. bkk pretty much looks like pinas.. but the things worth checking out are: grand palace, chao phraya river cruise, floating market, shopping sa weekend  market if you are into it, lady boy show or pwede din pingpong show just for experience.. and of course, eat lots of local food i.e. pad thai, mango sticky rice, pineapple rice, tom yum and the list goes on

Oh my sis hallerski! Ikaw pala yung sis na may honeymoon in Maldives hehe Wow!! Enjoy your overwater villa for 7 days!!! So exciting sis =) 40k omg hehe I am sure you villa will be super to die for!! Anyway worth it naman in Maldives since the whole day kayo nasa resort and villa. ENJOY!!!

thanks sis! for sure, super enjoy to kase matagal na namin pina-plan pumunta sa maldives.. 2 years ago pa naman gusto pumunta. but we decided na i-reserve na lang ang maldives for the honeymoon
so yeah, we're all set now

^Kaya 8 days! You can spend 3 days in Tokyo then take a train to Osaka and make that your base. Kyoto is very near so you can just take daytrips.

^ cheapest way to maldives i think is to get promo fares from manila to sg via cebupac then sg to male via tigerair. total airfare namin was around 15k per person only.

Caleeice I am so happy for you. How exciting to plan for honeymoon trips right? Anyway may I suggest you stay in Swisotel in Osaka. I personally think it is the best hotel there because of the location. It is a bit pricey though but if you book ahead its cheaper. A cheaper option with a good location is Cross Hotel =)

Hello.. Today is our 3rd day of our honeymoon in Europe. We are in Paris right now and super lamig for the past 2 days and medyo maambon. We were lucky na hindi naman umulan yesterday during our postnup shoot.

Hi.. Just came back from our honeymoon. Bitin ang 16 days na vacation hehe. Just want to share.. For those planning to go to Rome and see the Pope.. I suggest you bring your wedding gown. A lot of newly married couples were there during the Papal mass and suot nila mga gowns and suits nila. They are allowed to go sa pinakaharap kasi ibless ni Pope yung gown and yung couple. So chance to really get near The Pope. Super nanghinayang ako kasi diko alam. Sana dinala ko na kahit yung reception gown ko. Hehe

welcome back sis charm0220!! OMG thanks for the tip!! though i can't imagine bringing my gown to rome, ang bigat. maybe i can wear a different white gown? lol exciting!! may schedule ba yung Papal mass? sana umabot kami. we're also aiming for 16 days and sa research ko pa lang nabibitin na ko.

Yes sis bzbee. Naisip ko din un na sana nagdala nalang ako ng ibang white gown na light lang. Hehe Papal Mass is every wed and sunday. We attended the wednesday schedule. 10am yung start pero 9:30 palang lumabas na si Pope. i suggest 7am palang pumunta na kyo to get a good seat. Siguro mga wala pang 2 meters yung lapit ko kay Pope nung dumaan siya kaya super happy talaga ako. One of the most memorable experience ng honeymoon namen ni hubby.

we already had a honeymoon last december and january here in Firenze,Pisa,Rome and Barcelona... its a family tour na din namin with our 2year old baby! our wedding will be on October so we decided na maghoneymoon sa Abu Dhabi 1 week and Italy again for 2 weeks

Several of my newlywed friends are posting pictures on their fb being in Maldives and Hawaii... parang madami na palang ito yung honeymoon location no? And of course Europe madami din. Ano kayang country yung mas unique pero maganda? Yung less hyped para wala din masyadong crowd. I am following someone who is having her honeymoon now in Cyprus pero still waiting for more pics if nice haha will see!
