I haven't started planning our honeymoon yet, as in zero. Can anyone recommend a 3-week itinerary through Europe? And how much estimated cost? Siguro my only mandatories would be Greece (Santorini!!), France and Italy (because i love pizza!!)

You'll be needing a schengen visa which will enable you to travel within 26 countries of the EU
Your itinerary will basically depend on what you want, if you want to visit all the tourist places or you'd just want to lounge
but here are some tips:
Paris, France (4-5 days)
- Bring a bottle of water
-wear flats!!! not just flats, wear comfortable shoes - unless you'll be driving around but if you are taking the metro (trains and buses) then wear very comfortable shoes
-braise yourself for lots of walking
If you are coming from Charles de Gaulle airport there would already be trains going straight to Paris via Gare du Nord.
- Train stations have maps of the metro. It's not that difficult to read them. It's colour coordinated to differentiate each metro line. ( I think it's similar to the train lines of Hongkong and Singapore, not sure though). Make sure that you take note of the trains stops that have got different lines so that you will know where your next train transfer is.
- Each hotel has maps, this is also free. Most Parisian attractions are within walking distance of each other. Like the Louvre, the Trocadero, the Eiffel tower, the Tuilleries garden. Even Champs Elysees, but this is just a very long walk. My second time in Paris, I was showing my fiance around, naexcite sya, he decided that we walk for 5 hours straight. HIndi na maipinta yung mukha ko sa inis and pagod. hehe.
- visiting the Louvre, if you are really into art takes more than a day. Take the unerground entrance from the train station, otherwise pipila kyo sa labas sa init, or sa lamig, depends on what time of the year you will be visiting.
- If you are going to Versailles, this will also take a day.
- Go out early, because tourist places really have very long queues.
- By the way, be wary of men who will just go to you tapos kukunin yung kamay mo bibigyan ka ng bracelet, huwag nyong tanggapin. kasi hihingan ka nila ng pera. Even sa mga train stations, meron mga guys in their early twenties and early teens, tapos may mga ID sila, bigla silang lalapit sa mga tourist who looks lost, mga extortionists din yun. hehe.
Rome - 3-4 days
- Rome is quite small. And in summer, (June - August) is very much like the Philippines esp. the weather. It's humid and hot. Architecture is really nice. Their public transport isn't as good as in the rest of the EU, but you could still take transport. It's within walking distance as well. you can do it in a day actually. Maliit lang sya.
- If you're going to visit the Vatican, they have a strict rule there, they won't let anyone wearing sleeveless and shorts or mini skirts in, kaya bring shawls or cardigan as a coverup. Kahit nga 2 shawl na ginawang sarong or skirt style pwedi basta covered ka lagpas tuhod.
Greece-
I haven't been here, but have been researching about it quite a lot. My friends had already told me you need 7-10 days to visit Greece. Your main port could be athens, then you can stay overnight in Santorini or other islands.
For attractions and things to do, I recommend Trip Advisor. It really helped me a lot plan itineraries everytime I go on holidays.
