during my flight to Clark and back to KL, flight was slightly delayed pero mabilis pa rin namin narating ang mga destinations.  Never had any bad experience with them for all the flights I had with AA.  Ang pangit lang ata, nong time na di pa fully acquired ang Zest Air.  grabe ang pangit ng experience ng sister ko non kasama pa mother ko na senior citizen na.  super delayed ang flight, i think they waited 2-3 hrs.  at pinakain lang sila ng cheese burger ata.

anyway, AA will always be my choice when flying   ayoko na din kasi sa NAIA...very far pa for me.

ladies question, how do you change the birthdate sa AirAsia? i booked my friend and instead na 9, 19 yung nilagay ko sa birthdate nya. is it necessary to change these details kung local flight lang naman? TIA

sis glacy_rein, pwede mahingi yung account number ng DragonPay na ginamit mo to enroll? kasi I went to BPI, di alam nung teller   pinakita ko na din mismo yung instruction sa page ng airasia/dragonpay at yung merchant code pero need daw yung account number. thanks

when you go to BPI be sure you already have an Online account so that you'll just say that you want to enroll and third party account in your online account to enable transfer.. you will be given a sheet with 4 options I think (lost atm, enroll account, change pin/card)

write Dragonpay Corporation Account number 0075352743 (please double check sa air asia na information sheet) then submit mo tapos mga ilang days may makukuha kang email at makikita mo na sa fund transfer option mo..

Is it possible na may makuha pang low air fares, say P999/pax (or less), if more than a month to go na lang before your preferred flight?

Im so satisfied with my flight with Airasia last Holy Week. Our flight was 10:55AM going to Kalibo and we boarded early. we arrived an hour ahead of schedule. First time to ride an AirAsia plane kaasi usually ang nachchempuhan ko is ZestAir flight. Malapad ang upuan ang malinis pa.

Unlike Cebupac na cramped seats, minsan may dumi pa, and dirty floors.

AirAsia was horrible this long weekend! 3 hours delayed and to and Davao.

if Airasia changed your flight from 4:55 to 4:10 is it possible that we ask for a different schedule, same day? i know hindi ganon kalaki yung time difference pero almost an hour din and ibig sabihin mas maaga na naman kaming susunduin ng Southwest from the hotel. pwede kayang imove nila on a later time yung flight namin? TIA

^prob ko din yan sis. grabe. nakakagulo ng sched. kaso baka kasi mas hassle pag nagpamove pa ng sched. daming ekek pa nun for sure.

Hi sisses, yes, may "one-time courtesy" na binibigay ang AirAsia kapag sila ang nag-move ng schedule ninyo. Kung hindi ninyo gusto ang new schedule, pwede ninyo ipa-move sa preferred time and date ninyo as long as pwede pa kayo ma-accommodate dun sa flight na yun. Tawag lang kayo sa hotline nila.

3x ko na nagawa ito. 

Madali lang ang process, 5 mins lang tapos na. However, dahil ang daming cancellations ng AirAsia recently, ang tagal maka-connect sa hotline nila. Mga 20mins siguro ang waiting time. Pero the process of changing your flight itself is very easy.

^ thank you sis. sorry ndi na ko nakapag follow up with the post. i already had our flight moved, instead na mas maaga, yung pang 7 PM na kami nilagay. pabor sa min since hindi kami nagmamadali umuwi unlike sa original schedule.

@pretty_B sis just PM them on Facebook, dun lang ako nag inquire. and after 30 mins nasend na yung new itinerary ko. sana naman hindi na magmove ng time ulit.
