Hi mga sis! I've been following this forum for some months now pero first time to post feb 2016 bride. I'm thinking of booking MV Balo for my bouquet pati na rin sa entourage ko. Quote niya sakin is 23,500. Imported flowers na for my bouquet. 10k for mine then 13,500 for my entourage (9 bouquets, 3 ball bouquets, 5 corsages, 14 boutonnieres. Pwede na noh or mahal ba siya? Ang gaganda rin kasi ng gawa niya, parang Vatel. If I get Vatel kasi I'm sure mas mahal pa yun. May iba pa bang kumuha kay ms MV? Gusto ko kasi ng reliable and maalaga na supplier.

Hi sisses, got Serge Igonia for our church flower arrangement. Recommended din kasi siya ng coordinator ko (SMA Weddings). Yung sa reception kasi provided na ng hotel (Taal Vista) yung florist. Tanong ko lang, gaano katagal mag reply sa inyo si serge? Nakapag down na ako nung March pa. Nung nag-iinquire pa lang ako ang bilis niya magreply, pero nung nagdown na ako lagi na ko seenzoned Nagpapa-sched ako ng appointment, kahit nga online na lang para hindi masyado hassle sa amin pareho, pero till now wala pa kami meeting. Wedding ko na in 3 weeks time. Sinumbong ko na nga kay coordinator e, pero walang effect. Haha, kaloka! Paano ba dapat ang setup ng meetings with florists?

sis, actually parang mahal yung sayo. akin quote ni vatel is 26k. konti na lang difference imported flowers din and kasali rin buong entourage ko at lahat naka bouquet sa girls lineup. medyo bago pa si mv balo and if magkalapit na presyo, baka magvatel na ako. poms pala yung flower girls ko sa quote ni vatel.

may quotes sa akin sis sina serge igonia, yho-an's, il fiore (tagaytay-based but they do weddings in manila as well) and range nilang lahat is 24-25k kasama na church set-up etc. may libreng flower crown pa ako medyo vatel din style. actually feeling ko dumadami na rin silang vatel look alikes hehe. nagkakataon lang hindi gaano ka-okay yung pics sa mga fb pages nila since sila-sila lang ata nagtetake at digicam or phone cam lang, unlike kay vatel na laging professionals at big time photogs kumukuha ng pics just my two cents

I just got a re-computed quotation from Flowers Unlimited. They are not cheap but reasonable naman. The quotation they gave me is about the same price as high end suppliers like Teddy Manuel and Robert Blancaflor. But the difference is the church and entourage flowers are already included in the package, so thats big savings for me.

I heard though that communication is a bit difficult with them. However I am willing to put up with this for the price, as long as they deliver as promised according to the peg and mock-up.

Question: Does anyone have feedback from friends, relatives about Flowers Unlimited. Specifically, if they really execute the arrangements as agreed? I am worried because there have been many horror stories here about other suppliers that come wedding day the supplier does not use as many flowers as they did in the mock-up or peg... because tinitipid yung flowers.

sis barbeecue medyo malapit na yung qoute niya sa qoute ni vatel with me. around the same figure din with dcpdane. imported flowers for me and kasama na yung buong entourage. you can request a qoute from vatel and check mo if yung items halos same sa qoute ni MV Balo and baka mas makapagdecide ka from there.

Question: Does anyone have feedback from friends, relatives about Flowers Unlimited. Specifically, if they really execute the arrangements as agreed? I am worried because there have been many horror stories here about other suppliers that come wedding day the supplier does not use as many flowers as they did in the mock-up or peg... because tinitipid yung flowers.

My coordinator warned me in getting them saying they had terrible experience with FU sa deadline, schedules and professionalism. I don't even know why they're claiming they did Bea Soriano's wedding (they have a facebook album of the event), I know JP confirmed na Jo Claravall was the official stylist. He never worked with FU so that seems misleading to me.

Bellagirl: Oh no!! Now I am worried! Thanks for the feedback. I asked my coordinator Ruby Ines and she said OK naman daw her experience with them, but she hasn't worked with them in a long time.

Re Bea Soriano's wedding. Jo Claravall did the styling of the reception and ceremony. But in fairness, it was Flowers Unlimited that fixed styled the cocktail/outdoor area of Antonios. The string bulbs, cocktail tables and cocktail table flowers was theirs.

Is Jp your coordinator sis? If so, he was my coordinator for my 1st wedding and he really is good.

thanks sis dcpdane and rightback. hindi ko pa kasi makumpleto yung worksheet ng vatel kaya di pa nila ko mabigyan ng quote. wala pa kong exact color ng entourage. havent met with my mananahi yet eh. my wedding is on feb 2016 pa kasi hehe mejo early ata ako? aside from vatel and mv balo, may masa-suggest pa ba kayo na ala-vatel yung gawa and reliable? would love to check them out.

sis barbeecue, nasa peak season ka rin pala and medyo mahal ang flowers that time. you can probably give vatel a shade na medyo malapit sa initial mong gusto (kahit wala pa final with your mananahi). he'll ask you naman for samples that you saw online that you like. i booked him early since peak season din yung wedding namin. i also inquired with dave sandoval. pero his qoute was a bit more expensive than vatel and di naka itemize when he emailed me back. I also inquired with House of flowers by mich siasoco. this one is a bit cheaper naman than vatel.

don't worry mkea...lahat tayo kinakabahan--minsan naiinis. hahaha minsan gusto mo elope na lang. think of other stuff or browse other suppliers you may need muna while waiting.

Hi, I got him too. This happened to me as well. I deposited our downpayment and didn't get a reply despite multiple messages. I suggest you call him for a sit down meeting.

Finally! Nagmeet na kami ni serge. Hehe. Si HTB ang nangulit sa kanya sa meetup namin, ayun effective naman kasi naalerto daw siya nung si groom na ang nakialam. Haha. Grabe 2 weeks na lang big day na namin! Waaah!!! Medyo namumrublema ko sa budget sa entourage bouquets, kapos na kasi talaga sa budget. Yung flower arrangements sa church and yung bouquet ko sakanya ko na kunin pero yung sa entou baka hindi na. Madami kasi abay ko, and suggest ng florist na pati yung mga ninang naka-bouquet. Total of 17 bouquets yun kasama yung sa mothers, pero di pa kasama yung sa akin and flower girls. 600php per bouquet. Ganito ba talaga usual rate o may alam ba kayo na mas mura? Mga 200-300 lang? Gusto ko sana simple and uniform lang yung bouquet nila since magkakaiba ng colors yung gowns. Nag-ask ako kung may cheaper alternative pero yun na daw minimum rate niya. hindi na carry ng budget. Allergic na si HTB sa additional costs. LOL!

Hi girls!

My gulay, FLORISTS are the bane of my existence pagdating sa wedding planning ko!  Huhuhu.  Our wedding is on January 2, 2016 kasi so most of the suppliers I've requested quotes from, hindi ako sinasagot pag nabanggit ko na yung day.

I inquired with Serge Igonia too, but yun nga sabi niya closed ang Dangwa ng 31 at 1 so hindi na niya ako sinagot nung nanghihingi na ako ng indicative pricing.  Even Willy Tiu of Ysabela won't give me a quote!

Does this mean I have to settle for a flowerless wedding?  Or may hindi pa lang ako natatanong?  HELP!!!!
