Hello. Would like to know who are your top 3 florists? Working on a shortlist for my 2015 wedding.

hey, sis, 2015 wedding din yung sa akin. mine was referred by my coordinator pero the florist is the official supplier of Don Bosco Church (Lou Anne's - Makati yung office nila). Dahil friend yung owner ng coordinator ko, I was able to get special rates, free delivery na rin to our hotel.

He's not a Dangwa florist, but a couturier / florist from Las Pinas.
He buys his flowers at Dangwa. He did my wedding last December 7

(he also made my gown, mother's, sister's, flower girl's gown and bearers *with just two weeks notice because my original designer messed up the first one)

He went above and beyond to make my day perfect.
He was at the hotel at 5am with all the flowers I need and he stayed all through out the wedding making sure i looked perfect and fixing my gown when i needed it for no extra charge.

I payed 8k for my flowers

1 Bridal boquet
14 Corsages
18 Boutonnieres
2 FG headpieces
2 FG balls
Bridal car flowers
Petals

Hi mga sis. Just need your opinion kasi medyo malapit na wedding ko this march 22 na at tagaytay and still wala pa kaming florist. Nagpa quote kame sa flowers unlimited and medyo 23k ang quotation niya for church and entourage. wala kasi ako idea kung mahal na ba siya or reasonable naman. kasi nung ng inquire kami sa Dangwa nakita ko yung ibang package nila is 21k na pero adjust ko pa since madame yung flower girls ko tapos my OOT fee pa siya.

Mahal ba or reasonable na ang 23k worth of flowers for entou and church. eto pala package quotation niya sa amin:

•   20 Stands with bucket  of yellow roses and purple hydrangeas 
•   Entrance steel arc with yellow roses and purple hydrangeas
•   2 Arrangement for the altar
•   Flowers for the Unity Candle
•   Flowers for the Bridal Car
•   19  Boutonnieres
•   Throwing Bouquet
•   20 pcs colored luminaries


Bride: Bouquet of Equadorian roses ( yellow) and purple carnation

            Groom: Boutonnieres ( Yellow rose and purple carnation )

Parents (2 Mother): Mini Bouquet made of white roses with Gerbera
           
Principal ( 10 Female ): Corsage made of Carnation with leaves

Maid of Honor (1  ): Hand tied made of carnation

Secondary ( 3 ) : Hand tied made of carnation

Bridesmaid (3  ): Mini Bouquet made of roses and carnation

Flower girls (4  ): Basket of Flowers and bear

For my wedding, wala naman ako iba choice sa ceremony flowers kasi dadalawa lang accredited ng Fernbrook pero for my entourage flowers, I'll trust na lang the recommendation of my coordinator para sure na tutupad sa usapan yung florist dahil naka-work na nila many times before at kung magkaaberya eh at least sila ang makikipag-usap.

grabe naman ang mga horror stories from some sisses dito!!

this is what i can say... since the purpose of this forum is to get suppliers who are not only worthy of our money, and also worthy of our trust... do not settle na lang sa mga sobrang murang offers tapos kakabahan ka naman diba? just my opinion.

sa mga florist from dangwa, may mga ilan din na trusted naman talaga like everlasting, fullblooms and clint carl ata yung isa.

whe we were scouting for florist, dito lang din kame nag based sa mga comments/feedbacks ng mga sisses dito na natapos na ang wedding. di naman kame nagsisisi sa napili naming florist.

so para iwas sakit sa ulo, doon ka na syempre sa trusted talaga.

has anyone worked with spruce floral? do you consider them average priced or expensive?

i am unsure yet if i'll get the floral arrangement na default in santuario de san jose. then sa venue naman, i have yet to finalize my caterer.

Yan ang scary if newbie yung kukunin niyong florist.  It's your one and only big day so you have to be very sure na sulit.

^ The design of santuario is super simple lang, I suggest that you add something else.  If you can, nice gawa ni vatel manila.

^from what i've read kasi with vatel, they only do the bridal bouquet and entourage lang. they don't do na venue or church styling na.

May alam ba kayong florist na halos lahat kasama na like bouquet ng entourage, bouquet ng bride, design sa reception and ceremony na worth 30k lang? o kulang pa yun? Masyado kasing tipid ang wedding ng friend ko. Hirap maghanap ng mura lang.

Tanong lang mga sis, nicocover din ba ng florist yung drapes sa reception? Gusto ko sanang palagyan ng drapes ceiling ng reception venue namin.

Ano kayang affordable na ganon?

^yes sis, may mga florist na nagpoprovide din ng drapes...at I think around 10k plus na ang drapes ngyon, depende pa sa laki ng venue mo,.. you may ask also your caterer kung may drapes din sila

Sino po may review sa 27a flowershop? Yung sis in law ko kasi pumunta sa megamall nung bridal fair and inemail nya sa akin ang flyers nila. Ms. Grace is the contact person and she quoted me 5k for my entourage. Carnation flowers na ang gagamitin. Baka lang may feedback kayo mga sissies.

Baka you like to try asking for quotation sa Yho-an's Flower Shop. Tagaytay based sila kaya wala ka ng OOT fee sa kanila. Nung nanghingi ako quote sa kanila 21k binigay samin may church arrangement na daw yun at flowers for all ento. Pero since hindi na namin need ng church flowers, 13k na lang ang bigay niya samin including na yun ng OOT fee, additional throwing bouquet at loose petals.
