newbie sa Malaysia thread. =) I'm doing some backreading pero sa far wala pa ako nababasa na sagot sa gusto kong itanong.  ang tanong ko po, gaano kalayo ang genting highlands sa lcct airport? plan kasi is to go to genting highlands sa day ng departure din going back to sg. bale flight going back to sg is 10:20 pm pa naman. so kung mag-daytour kami sa genting at iiwan namin ang luggages namin sa locker fore rent (if meron), mabilis lang ba ang byahe papunta ng lcct airport? may direct bus ba going to airport? next question, what's the cheap and okay na hotel within bukit bintang? tama ba na walking distance lang ito sa petronas tower at may maiikutan sa gabi sa area na ito?  TIA!

genting outdoor theme park is closed starting sept 2013 although the other rides and attractions are still open.

Other than Legoland and Genting, meron pa po ba kayong marerecommend na places to go na maeenjoy ng 5yr old kid sa Malaysia? TIA!

Ilang tulog na lang weekend trip nanaman ako sa KL. Excited nako. Hehe. Ask ko lang any recommended food to try or restaurants to visit around bukit bintang area? Thanks

sis msrain, me locker for rent sa KL sentral.  from KL sentral to LCCT, mga 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. lang. not sure ang travel time from genting to KL central.  I stayed at Sky Express Hotel, budget hotel ng Sky Hotel. Sa Jalan Pudu, pero medyo malayo sa Petronas Tower.

^ thanks sis. wala pa din ako na-book na accommodation. shortlisted sa list ko is yung sky hotel, bintang warissan, classic inn premium. ang dami ko nababasa pa pero gusto ko sana yung may nakapag-stay na dito. at yun nga yung medyo walking distance papunta petronas at mga shopping malls.

kahit po ba sarado ang outdoor themepark ng genting highlands e sulit pa din puntahan yung indoor atbp na open?

^ malamig siya kasi sis.  if you are into casinos siguro.  me ripleys believe it or not museum din. pero for me, di siya worth it puntahan, esp. kung di ka naman sumasakay talaga ng rides.  yong mga rides sa indoor mostly pambata e.  pag pupunta din kayo ng peak days, mahaba din ang pila.
