^ sis, KL kasi is very diversified and going through the entire city depends on what each of you want to visit here.  so, no, talagang personalized, unless you opt to follow one of the sisses itineraries here...iba iba rin kasi, depende sa mga gusto niyo puntahan, gano kayo katagal dito, etc.

sis Harlequin, 7am-8pm excluding travel time niyo na to KL itself?  Pwede kayong magstart sa Batu caves sa morning, then diretso na kayo ng KLCC to Petronas afterwards.  then from Petronas lakarin  niyo na lang from KLCC to the walkway going to Pavilion-Bukit Bintang area.  If you want to go to Merdeka Square, from KLCC, sakay kayo ng train to Masjid Jamek, then lakarin niyo na lang papunta sa Merdeka Square, likod lang yon ng Masjid.  Malapit na rin don ang Chinatown and Central Market.

sis Shegie, both airports (LCCT and KLIA) are international airports, san ba kayo?  If KLIA, meron don KLIA train to KL Sentral.  Then from KL Sentral, take the Putra LRT train, baba kayo ng KLCC.  Petronas na yon. Then sa travelling hours, it will help me to suggest kung alam ko san ka sa LCCT or KLIA.

not itinerary sis, list of recommended hotels...sights to see....food to eat...ect

anyways, ano restrictions nila sa taxi? can they accommodate a wheelchair?

^ oh, i've done that already sis I've mentioned those recommendations na rin from previous threads.  It changes nga lang kasi ang daming bago na dito compared nong bago pa lang ako dito.  would create one if I will have time pero ngayon, sana ok muna na I just reply to each questions thrown to me.

wheelchairs, pwede siya don sa mga Exora na taxi, yong malalaki na kulay blue and parang FX sa atin.  Mas mahal nga lang ang patak ng meter.  Kung sa Budget taxi pamasahe from Suria hanggang bahay is RM20, sa Exora nasa RM45.

^^ sis shegie, mas madali na pag KLIA pala siya, sabihin mo ang kunin niya na KLIA train yong express, yong fast train na KLIA-KL sentral lang ang route.  At least in a matter of 15-20 mins nasa KL sentral na siya.  E di hindi mo rin pala masasamahan na si hubby mo non?

^ meron din blue taxis don sis.  kasya ang 5 pax.  I would advise you to take the taxi from the queue sa 1st floor, wag yong mga nag-ha-haggle pagbaba ng bus.  Minsan kasi kontrata mga yon.  Pero kung ang hingin sa inyo is RM20 or RM30, pwede na, considering madami kayo.

^ yup, kasi wala ka ng problema sa transportation and to think the ticket is valid 24 hrs.  convenient for me na yan kasi the HOHO bus is your own city tour with the convenience of having a bus pick you up then drop you off to the next destination.

If you are the adventurous type, and like to feel how it is to be a 'local' then ok na rin ang mag-commute.

Mga sis, okay din ba location ng Arena Star Hotel? cheaper than Sky Hotel kasi e.. eto yung address nya: No 57-61 Jalan Hang Lekiu 50050 Kuala Lumpur

^ sis the location is between Pudu station and Masjid Jamek, medyo alanganin.  The good thing about Sky hotel kasi is the location - near tourist spots, shopping malls, many food choices around (which i think is the most important).

just got back from KL trip.
share lang po:

if youre gong to buy ticket from airasia dont get the skybus, mas mahal sa kanila kesa direct kang bumili, which is 9myr lang.
paglabas ng LCCT punta ka sa side na malapit sa coffee bean tea leaf, andun yung shuttles going to KL sentral.
from sentral, nagtaxi na lang kame, you pay 2 myr para dun sa coupon or i think eto yung agents fee sa loob, tas yun metered na ang taxi..i think we paid around 125-135 myr to SKY EXPRESS HOTEL.

SKY EXPRESS HOTEL, ok sya, malinis, yung family suite ang kinuha namin kase 5 kame, it has 2 king size bed. halos sa tapat nya ay may bus stop, may convenience store sa tabi, salikod nya may parang carinderia dun na nagseserve ng noodles, about 4.50 myr per serving...walking distance, kung masipag kang maglakad, to berjaya plaza, pudu sentral station.

PUDU sentral, you can ride the GENTING bus here. ticket cost 10.50 inclusive of the cable car na.
sa GENTING may buffet sa resorts world, hindi worth it ang price kase compared to here, mas maganda buffet choices natin. bring jacket kase super lamig sa gabi...nothing much to see and do.

dont waste your time going to petaling street where the night market is, puro imitations, although may mga souvenir items ding for sale.

if you plan to go to KL TOWER, magtaxi kayo, kase we tried walking, hindi na kame tumuloy kase ang layu pa nya from petronas in the sense na paakyat pa sya.

HOP ON HOP OFF bus, hindi kame naka avail, kaya di ko alam if worth it bang kumuha nito.

GO KL BUS, 1 ride lang nagawa namin...ok naman sya, yun nga lang hindi sya nahinto kung walang papara from the bus stop, so alamin where ka bababa

^ GO KL Bus will stop to designated bus stops din lang sis.  Di uso dito na parang sa atin na papara ka kahit saan

siz, question lang po, we are going to KL by last week of october sana, and magpapabook kami 4nights 3days ang rate sa amin per pax eh 31k ok na ba yun?  malaysia airlines kasi.  itinerary lang sa amin ay yung genting and sunway lagoon. tig one day pareho yun. thanks in advance

^ 31k per pax sis, including air tickets? parang mahal, pang-shopping mo na yon, hehhe.  the regular rates for Air Asia or Cebu Pac coming to KL is nasa 5k-6k per person balikan na.  Genting is about 500-600 per pax kung sa yong Go Genting package kukunin mo.  Sunway lagoon naman siguro around 1,600 per pax.  So less than 10k na yon air tickets mo plus Genting and Sunway.  Hotel naman nasa less 6k siguro, depende san ka magpapabook.

i suggest for you to check your options first then decide.

Thanks sis phurple! We're staying at Serenity Hostel in Bukit Bintang, parang wala pa akong nababasa who stayed here. I hope it would be nice though.

Anyway, nagbabackread ako I was wondering if pagbaba namin ng Malaysia at Berjaya Square may something we can ride na diretso to Batu Caves na or yung monorail-KL Sentral- KTM Komuter is the only way to go talaga? Kasi if time consuming mag Hop On Hop Off nalang kami for the rest of the day, ewan ko lang din if dadaan ang Hop On Hop Off sa bandang Berjaya Square. Thank you sis!

what i meant was, kahit sa designated bus stop nya, kahit may taong nakaabang, if hindi pinara ang bus, di nya hintuan, well eto yung sa bus na naskyan namin, ewan lang sa ibang driver.

since hindi budget airline ang malaysia airlines kaya mahal ang rate nyo.
we took air asia kase and for the 3d/2n, we only spent 15k each including airfare, travel tax, terminal fee, food, hotel, taxis, etc
