Pajoin po Anyone here who recently gave birth at world citi? Magkano po total bill nyo? naconfine kasi ako dito last year, at maganda ang room na napuntahan ko. Malinis din yung OR at wala ako naging problema. I plan to give birth again here soon.

Pumunta kami ng parnter ko sa Rizal Medical Center sa Pasig since isang tumbling lang samin yun at ayoko na talagang lumayo. 3 months preggy ako pero mabigat na ang baby ko. Government hospital pala sya (which I didn't really know until we went there kahapon) so andaming tao. People of all ages and cases. Mahaba din pila sa information but since pareho kami busy and that's the closest we can get to, pinuntahan na namin. Nagulat ako na nasa 10k lang Philhealth package nila. Ayoko na din sana umarte arte since it's my second child naman na. Tsaka sayang din yung pera na pwede naman na mapunta sa baby namin. I'll just have him really check the place kung safe ba naman at malinis. As much I'm being practical, ayoko din naman compromise yung health and safety ng anak ko.

6. Reviews, other info pano makatipid? Habang nag le labor ako, sa ward ko muna pinag stay si hubby. Yung ililipat na ako sa room, dun na kami nag upgrade ng Big Private Room.
Kung pwede na iroom in agad si baby, ipa room in na, kasi may bayad din syempre sa nursery.

Try to check yung nearest government hospital sa inyo.
Check the facilities then avail of their private section services, still a lot cheaper than private hospitals.
Pero make sure na complete yung facilities ha.
We ended up choosing this hospital as per my OB's advise na din, sa private hospital sana kami pero as per her, this gov't hospital has the same facilities lang din, basta wag ko lang kunin yung charity services kasi mahirap daw talaga dun. 
So... nakatipid kami ng almost 40k sa expected espenses namin.

80—120k CS

Taguig City Hospital

24—25k NSD
30—45k CS

Di pa deducted yung philhealth jan ha.

Hi sis katrinac  sa MCM ko din sana plano manganak ang quote samen ng OB is 90K NSD at 120K CSD. Meron din ba silang small private room kasi parang ang laki naman ng 90k for nsd. Kamusta naman ang experience mo with manila med? Ok ba yung service nila and facilities lalo na sa DR? 1st time mummy here and i am very anxious about these stuff. Lalo na at gusto ko umiwas sa gastos as much as possible dahil si hubby lang ang gagastos since unemployed ako aotm. Thanks for your reply.

for those in QC, my OB quoted 50k for normal delivery and 80k for cs at jp sioson hosp in qc (back of sm north). sa metronorth hosp, the new one along mindanao ave, nasa 80k daw ang normal and cs is 120k.

i guess sa sioson na lang ako ulit.  i've already tried that hosp anyway 5 years ago when i had my eldest. 50k dati yung cs (na 80k na ngayon) ... private room with cr, tv, and ref. ok naman doon coz kumpleo naman sila ng gamit & maasikaso yung staff but manage your expectations coz the building is pretty old and parking is limited

sis sino ob mo sa metronorth? Sakin si dra badillo ang quote niya for me sa private nsd 30 - 40k kasama na hosp bills, pf nya with anes. Hindi lang kasama pedia kasi depende daw kung manicu si baby. Pag ward naman 20 - 30k ganun din kasama lahat except pedia. Less philhealth na rin daw yun. Sobrang bait din ni dra hindi siya masungit super friendly maasikaso di siya nagagalit kahit madami akong tanong sakanya or kung paulit ulit yung tanong ko siya rin nag tour sakin sa hosp. hehe!

4. Wala, kasi july to dec ang nabayaran ko sa philhealth and sept ako nanganak due date ko is oct 7 pero napaaga si baby so ayun. hehe.

5. Super ganda ng hosp at ang babait ng lahat ng staff from maintenace to drs, lahat sila well mannered. Yung ward maganda na din kasi parang may sarili kayong cubicles, hindi kurtina or expose lahat may privacy rin kahit papaano.
Pero syempre common cr, 5 patients per ward.

I was quoted max of 120k package for CS.
Unfortunately I was not able to ask my OB her exact rate for CS she only gave me NSD rate.

Mom's bill: 47k
Baby's: 17k
OB: 55k pero 50k na lang daw, because we were extended for 1 day since she was not available to release my discharge order, She was in the seminar the whole day and just visited me twice in my 4 days stay in the hospital. She negotiated also to split my payment for her pf, so she could save taxes and declared less.
And she will give discount na lang daw.
Supposedly, tuesday uwi na kami pero since wala nga si OB, walang discharge order, she just visited me 2am ng wed and I told her as well we will go home as soon as billing & collection opens so we can settle the billing immediately. To my dismay, her secretary arrived at 10am to give the exact amount of the ob's pf becoz prior to that we have no idea of the amount.
Well, maybe you guys know how I felt already.

Anes: 23k, discounted daw 20k na lang.

BTW, we stayed at regular private.

Food, nurses, resident doctor, room were all rated excellent and thumbs up.

Ob ko sis si dra badillo, twilight anes gamit sakin sis. Hindi na ko nagpa epid. Hehe! Depende talaga bill mo sis sa pf ng ob mo at sa room na kukunin mo. Swerte ko lang kay dra badillo na mababa-pf niyw tsaka talagang maalaga, hindi niya ko iniwan sa labor room at siya mismo nagmonitor sakin along with isang nurse. Maganda sis sa metronorth maalaga mga nurses, mababait din hindi matataray kahit ward [textspeak!] kami. Hehe! Para sakin sulit ang binayaran namin.

Congratz LeallianFaye and geeusalcedo ! Buti pa kayo may share ang HMO , samin wala . 

Sis, yung twilight para kang tulog na hindi, yung experience ko sa twilight parang panaginip lang yung delivery, flashes of memory lang pero ramdam mo yung sakit, yung ulo ni baby paglalabas na, yung contractions. Tinurukan ako ng dalawang beses nito, first sa braso yung mild lang then tsaka sa IV yung malakas na na dosage. Yung epid sis wala kang mararamdaman from the waist down, merong ibang mommies na nararamdaman parin ang contractions pero walang labor pains, yung iba as in walang maramdaman, gising na gising ka dito sis during delivery kaya alam mo lahat ng nangyayari, downside nga lang is pagwala ka naramdaman totally mahihirapan kang umire. Sa spine tinuturok yung epid naman.


Sis wala ako HMO or Philhealth kaya naging 40k samin, sabi ng ob ko dapat 30 lang kung may philhealth kami kaso Waley wala rin HMO.

6. Reviews - super ok ang service nila -pati facilitie.
5 days ako nyan sa hospital plus naka ka under observation pa ako nun sa high risk room for 36 hours. Nakaward nga lang pala kami nyan. The hospital and pf rate varies kung anong room ang kinuha nung patience.
