Wow. Akala ko kapag CS twice lang pwede?

hanggang 4th, sis puede..yung OB ko, she has 4 children at lahat yun CS.. subject for ligation na din ako, sabay sa CS delivery ko this July..hindi kasi ako pinapayagan ni OB maglabor kaya 2-3 weeks ahead of the due date ako dapat manganak kasi baka daw mag uterine rupture ako..

Ask ko lang, nagpa quote ba sa OB, at sinabi nyang for example, 25k for normal and 35 for CS.
Pf nya lang ba yun o iyon na ang tentative na babayran sa hosp (pf ng ob, anes pedia, room rates etc)?

I want to know kung pf lang yun, baka kasi magkagulatan pag dumating na hosp bills...

sis, pag magqoute si OB, usually all-in na yun, less philhealth yun..pero dahil iba iba ang OB, tatanungin mo pa din kung all-in ba sya or hindi..ang iba kasi, OB fee lang talaga..wala pa yung sa pedia..

welcome, sis the most right thing to do talaga is ask your OB how much you will be spending if you are going to have a CS delivery..if you'll be giving birth in a public hospital with a private doctor, much more that you need to save or prepare around 80k, kasama na yung PF ni pedia dun ha..pero kung private facility naman, prepare ka sis aroung 100k..


di ba nga, mas mabuti na yung sobra ang hawak mong pera kesa kulang..para hindi din kayo magulantang at makonsume ni hubby mo pag bayaran na..ayaw naman siguro naten mastress dahil sa hospital bill knowing the fact na kapapanganak pa lang natin, di ba?

for those in QC, my OB quoted 50k for normal delivery and 80k for cs at jp sioson hosp in qc (back of sm north). sa metronorth hosp, the new one along mindanao ave, nasa 80k daw ang normal and cs is 120k.

i guess sa sioson na lang ako ulit.  i've already tried that hosp anyway 5 years ago when i had my eldest. 50k dati yung cs (na 80k na ngayon) ... private room with cr, tv, and ref. ok naman doon coz kumpleo naman sila ng gamit & maasikaso yung staff but manage your expectations coz the building is pretty old and parking is limited

OB quoted 40-50k for NSD. It still depends on what type of room we'll be getting though. I think mag semi private lang ako para makatipid ng konti, besides, I'm not planning to stay that long naman sa hospital. Kung pwede nga lang overnight eh. I'd rather rest and recover at home.

im having my fifth child and ang quote lang saken ni OB is 50k all-in na di pa dun deducted ang Philhealth, so 30k lang talaga ang ikacash-out namen, repeat CS..sya ang nagpaanak saken ng two boys ko, my 2nd and 3rd chikiting..

Hmm... Diba Philhealth covers only up to the 4th delivery?

^ it covers up to the 4th when you have delivered all in NSD.. CS is always covered, sis. already asked my OB about this and this was what she said to me.

hi sis jellyjelly, meron akong friend nanganak siya sa Capitol Medical Center last Dec 2013.
Ceasarian siya, OB nya si Dra. Lilia Luna. Nasa 150k daw lahat nagastos nila, para daw silang na hold up...

^ waaaahh! talaga sis Beng01??!  naku, wag naman sana ganyan ang maging rate ng OB ko. ang saklap naman niyan. next week pa kasi yung next checkup ko. itatanong ko na talaga sa kanya yung package niya.

I have birth last Oct 17 2013 at New Sinai MDI Hospital, Sta. Rosa Laguna, Emergency CS. I was supposed to give birth at my OB's clinic. Oct 15 pa lang nakaconfine na ko sa clinic, come 2 days nastuck na lang ako sa 3cm. So ayun, emergency CS na. Hinatid ako ni OB sa hospital mismo. My total bill was 60k all in, sa ward ito. Package nila I think was 55k that time. Ok naman experience, 2 lang kami sa ward that time so parang naka semi-private na din. Ward is malinis and super lamig. HTH!

Beng01 Baby Boy sissy  Baka ganyan din sayo Semi-private din ba kukunin mong room? Yung bills mo kase is dipende kung anong room ang iaavail mo sis pag private room ka kase lahat ng bills mo tatas rin hindi lang ang room rate. Not bad na ang semi-private 2 lang naman kayo sa room.
Yung kasama ko sa room Ob nya is dra. zamora rin hehe
