Mga sis pls.  help!! Reffer naman kayo ng doctor na magaling dito smartlipo or vaser coz supposed to have it done last month hehe nag panic attack ako before the operation kaya dko tinuloy gusto ko mag inquire inqure pa sa iba doctor sana

Belo has this procedure called laser lipo arms and madami din celebrities na nag-eendorse like Jennylyn Mercado (tama ba spelling ko? haha sorry) and Ruffa G.

This is one of the procedures na super interesado ako since I have bulky (amazona) arms that is not proportion with my petite body. Super awkward talaga that I can't wear sleeveless tops.  Tried exercises and dieting.. and nothing works.

I hope those who tried this with their arms share the experience here. Dami
ko questions like after the procedure. hindi naba tumaba yung arms nila kahit maggain ulet ng weight. Say nabuntis after months of this procedure or basta nag gain lang ng weight.

My cousin said that a friend of hers that did some lipo procedure kahit tumaba ulit, proportion na ang pagtaba (she did lipo sa tummy) and kahit tumaba may shape padin ang waist.

I just underwent smartlipo for the tummy, back and arms. I weigh 130 lbs. I dont look fat naman but my tummy is big, my upper arms are big for my size.

I underwent smartlipo as a gift to myself this christmas, also encouraged by  the very long holiday weekend.

The next day after the procedure i can drive na- i dtove back to the clinic  for the nurses to change garments and clean the wounds.. The night after the procedure was the hardest.

I just wanna ask how important are compression garments. Ive read somewhere it aids in the contouring. I have a bolero-style compression garments which i think i have to wear for 24/7 for a week then nighttime na. The binders naman parang 1 week ko susuot? I can always ask my doc but i just wanna know your  experience.

I did not use a compression garment; I had Spanx and a binder on my stomach. Yes, 24/7 too for the first week and nighttime for the succeeding 2 weeks. Corset pinasuot din sa akin on daytime when the wounds were healed. I bought my corsets from Bench.

It gets very itchy after a week, sign of healing. Better to stay in an airconditioned room when sleeping. Sobrang kati pag pinapawisan ka. I did not take any anti-itching medication. Lots of water lang to cool myself and of course loose-fitting clothes.

How is the recovery? Sa bahay ka lang ba for, let's say a week? Can you take a bath at all? Is laser lipo or body tite bloody? How long did you have to take pain killers?

I might get this done after our 2nd baby but of course, I wanna know how hard (or easy) the recovery is...

With me, first 2 days sa bahay and wala ginagawa. You need help with changing the dressings of the incision sites and it was bloody for 3 days. Painkillers for one week, mefenamic acid and bromelain to aid with bruising.

Third day naglalakad na ako sa mall pero one body part lang naman kasi.

Makakaligo ka on the second day kasi mainit and makati due to the compression garments.

I'm interested din na magpa lipo. Iba pa ba yung laser lipo sa body tite ng belo? How much kaya ang aabutin nito?

^^almost 300000 pesos din kasi i had fat transfer to the breasts. I asked the surgeon kung simple lipo lang was 175000 pesos. Sa akin kasi tummy then sabi ko gusto ko rin flanks and back just above the butt kaya nadagdagan charge.

Wala naramdaman during the procedure kasi general anaesthesia and sedated. Nagising ako nasa recovery room na. First meal after waking up just soup. Recovery one week nag-Boracay na ako pero light walking lang.

Napansin ko lang na if I don't exercise for 2 days or eat junk, I gain fat not on the tummy but on my inner thighs and butt. Ganyan na talaga kabagal metabolism ko now I'm 41.

Parang gusto ko magpa-lipo kasi grabe na cellu ko sa legs, kahit anong excerise or diet ko, wala nang effect...i loose weight pagnagdadaeit, pero naandun parin yung cellulites, so feeling ko need na talaga ng lipo. pero medj natatakot ako sa side effect

Wow the prices aren't to bad. Ineexpect ko mas mahal pa talaga. Ako din I want to go under lipo especially sa tummy ko and arms kaso I'm afraid of scarring.

And my former boss discouraged me from getting it done kasi his wife apparently went for liposuction and naging sobrang saggy daw nung tummy afterwards.
