I really appreciate your sympathy, fidelity88. I actually opened this up with our coordinators and they assured me that they'll be watching the catering crew. Unfortunately, ganito nga yung nangyari. It's either they're in cahoots with the crew, may pagkukulang sa monitor ang coordinator, or talagang magaling talaga dumiskarte ang crew. I suspect the latter.

Also, good for you! I'm sure your wedding will be good since you've prepared and did your research. I wish na ganito ako ka-hands-on noon. I'm super impressed with the topics and posts here; and I'll make sure my sisters check here and wag rely lang sa mga bridal fairs.

Hi anamarievictoria. Emerald package yung kinuha namin sis tapos nag add kami ng 9500 para sa couple's stage. Since ayaw namin yung inclusion na round table nag add kami ng 1500 each table para gawing rectangular tables tapos ayaw din namin sis yung plastic chairs na may takip na cloth so nag add kami ng 50 per chair. as far as I remember yun lang inadd ko sis the rest kasama na sa package.

Do you think better mag upgrade to bottomless drinks or wag na? Gaano ba kalaki yung glass nila? We are planning to upgrade to bottomless kasi but we have second thoughts na baka naman hindi masulit,,

Hi guys, thankful for this thread. i also got Kat penaflor as our AE. We did FT last week and it went welll though malayo lang talaga we're from QC kasi. So yun, going back, almost all of the dishes tasted delicious. 

She's the one who also initiated to waive the VAT. 12% din kasi yun.
She even suggested na dagdagan lang namin yung gallons of water (with ice) then mag-add na lang kami ng powdered iced tea. mas tipid yun compare sa add-on na 20/pax since theyre not accepting 50% bottomless i-upgrade.

Hi sissies! I just received an email today from queensland. Very affordable their rates and i saw some of their set up through facebook and okay din naman sila. Yung sister ko dinidiscourage ako to get them pero gusto ko sana sila itry kausapin kasi super fit na ito sa budget. hehe! Sana may magpost pa ng reviews about them here. Diko kasi alam ano ang sinasabi ng sister ko na bad reviews. Di din nya kasi matandaan. Toinks. Hehe happy preps sa ating lahat.

queensland was recommended to us by one of my soon to be ninang, tamang tama magdedeath anniversary dad ko that time so we decided to book them and see if they are good talaga. So here comes the occasion ang venue dito lang sa bahay 80 pax then everything is okay naman. we gave them 2 kitchen sinks available sa dirty kitchen and its maluwag. Eto na after the kainan we went straight to the cemetery and left them there packing up there things. Pagbalik namin pagod na so hindi ko nacheck yung iniwan nilang kalat. Kinabukasan. Que horror! Ang trash bag ayon nakanganga with all the left overs, some sponges nakasabog, some detergents sabog, and one PACK of the black trash bag inuwi nila eh sa amin iyon. Sobrang gulo. kaya hindi na namin sila kinuha.

Hi sis! Si mitch galdiano ang Ae ko. She replied asap. And yes, every sunday may food tasting sila kaya sila nagaaccommodate ng meetings on sunday. Ill be sharing my photos, whats your ead? I dont know kasi how to share here sa Gt. Hehe. Yes, we arranged meetig with her, actually, you can come anytime naman. Just send email if their available, you just need to come sa office nila sa las pinas. And also, meron kayo talagang meetup. Kasi you are going to discuss your mock setup. Kung ano ang mga peg mo na styling and all the details of the wedding and floor plan will be presented sayo then for your approval. We came there and we setup the styling pati choices namin ng food. And during your meetups or mockup, ask all the questions sis. And you can show your pegs sa styling so they can customize. 😊

MIXED GREENS WITH 3 KINDS OF DRESSING
BAKED LASAGNA
ROAST BEEF WITH MASHED POTATO
ROAST PORK WITH PINEAPPLE SAUCE
CHICKEN FLAMBE
FISH, SHRIMP & VEGETABLE KEBAB
BUCO PANDAN SALAD
FRESH FRUITS
SHOTGLASS DESSERT: MANGO PANNACOTTA (50%)

Sobrang happy naman ng guests ko sa food namen. we got a package good for 100 pax but yung dumating is nasa 80 pax lang but almost ubos ang food kasi nga daw pabalik balik sila.
