hi sis weddingbelle, been attending several events na Queensland ang caterer and consistent na masarap ang food (for us) maybe because magaling yung nakuhang AE or takot din may masabi (kasi events we usually attend ay related sa isang politician).

Problems we keep on observing were:

1. Food being kept agad kahit di pa tapos ang service time nila.
2. Excess food not being given to the client (i dont know what's their agreement with the client on this.)
3. true yung sa iced tea/drinks, waiters do not walk around for refill, instead you would have to go to the buffet table were drinks are being served.


And yes sis weddingbelle, I think I have mentioned na previously since nasarapan talaga lagi sa food si h2b sa QCS ito sana ang non-nego supplier namin but upon seeing their packages, lahat ng galawan may bayad, so we crossed them out of our list na lang since we are on a budget.

What's your theme ba sis weddingbelle? I am emerald but it's almost the same with their diamond na if diamond yung nasa fb Nila. Di Nila ako tinipid sa flowers kahit emerald ako. Di na ako nag stylist but our other sisses said na di raw sila makapaniwala na wala akong stylist because it looked really nice. And aside from dun sa food and upgrade to bottomless and salmon, equipment fee and charges sa gates na dadaanan Nila to get to our venue, parang wala naman ng Iba. Ano bang charges Nila sa inyo mga sis?

nasa package nila sis eh. maybe we were just surprised na ang daming additionals like handling charge if malayo yung parking sa venue, things like that.

Ahh yes I think I have read that before. Hindi lang kasi nag-apply sa amin that's why di ko na-recall sino na caterer mo sis?

Non negotiable kasi samin yung chair. They're only providing monobloc chairs for the package that we want. Gusto namin Tiffany or Ghost chairs. So additional 60 or 100 per chair tapos additional 3k for the delivery of the chairs. This is different from the delivery charges nila for food ha. Sabi ko nga, pwede naman magkasama yun eh.

Additional din yung bottomless drinks. Im not sure if Emerald package has a cocktail hour. We need to pay corkage pa sa venue kasi they refuse to accredit QCS. Actually, even with all these add ons eh pasok pa din sila sa budget, but nung natikman nga namin yung food, hindi talaga masarap. So scratch off na sila.

I posted my recent feedback sa Queensland, nasa Tagaytay thread sya.

Emerald ba yung susunod sa Ruby? If yes, that's what we got. We don't upgrade na to Salmon since tanigue fish is masarap and expensive na rin. We upgraded to 124pcs tiffany chairs, 150 guests kami. 50/pesos per chair, then 8k out of town fee sa chairs. 4k naman out of town fee nila. 10% equipment charges. With all the charges lalabas pa rin na mas mura yung package nila. I paid less than 100k but the menu is pang-mataas na package na sa iba. Broccoli soup and Pomelo Mango salad nga nagulat ako kase kasama sa package. With coffee and tea na rin yan so hinde ako nag-upgrade ng bottomless. Plus din na may crew meal sila na buffet, 175/person...laking tipid nito para sa mga suppliers. Ikaw rin pipili ng menu, same menu sa package pero limited lang.

As I have experienced the last time I hired Queensland Catering to cater our wedding I was so happy and thankful because it was affordable not only that, the cuisines they served were so great. The set up in the presidential table was beautiful most especially the flowers were fresh and fully organized. Even our guests commented that the food was so delicious and the waiters were approachable.

^ sis ang alam ko ruby, emerald ang wedding packages names then baka may iba pa nadagdag ngayon kasi parang 2013 pa yata ako nag inquire sa Queensland tagal na :-P though during that time, dalawang attachments sinesend nila. Yung wedding packages then yung isa standard/executive/upgrades. Sa mga recent clients nila ngayon, sure na may mas updated input dito. :-)

Sis, inform them na you're inquiry is for wedding. Ganyan din rates na nabigay saken nung una then I called them, mabilis naman sila mag send ng email.

NagFT din kami sa Queensland last Nov or Dec ata. Yung AE na naassign smen was Kat. Nagustuhan namin lahat ng food. In fact,if hindi gipit sa budget sila ang kukunin namin. Problem lang was madami extra charges, yung Diamond package (770/pax) ata un yung gusto namin(na pinupush din ng AE samen) para inclusive na ng styling however when I asked her to give us a quotation for 150 pax, 140k plus plus tapos walang kahit anong freebie. Nakakaloka ultimo service water may bayad. Kaya hindi na namin pinush through and got Tantocos instead na masarap din ang food, cheaper and ok yung mga nakuha kong freebies.

nag fill up naman ako ng form for food tasting at naka bold and capital letters pa ang WEDDING as event. hehe.. ask ko nalang si Ms Arlyn about it. papunta ng food tasting sa Osio's then sa Queensland pag kaya ng time si parents today.

Got the emerald package sis. May styling na rin sya na kasama. I can send you pics nung sample setup nila nung wedding namin. Ang hindi lang included is yung couch which is 2500. You send your pegs to then then they will work it out. They consult Madel even if you dont avail the diamond package. We also upgraded to acrylic chairs like around 80 per piece yata which i think is better compared to the tiffany na included sa diamond good choice na yung emerald sis

patingin ako sis! hehe.. kakagaling lang today nila parents sa food tasting. sa sobrang dami ng pagkain, di daw nya natandaan names ng mga nagustuhan nya. hahahaha! kulet lang.

I saw their warehouse kung saan dun nakatambak yun mga gamit for catering, yun food kung saan prineprepare. Sobraaang dumi. Tabi sila ng creek. Ang baho, as in. Better check nyo muna. Not their office ha, yun place na pinape-prepare-an ng food..
