anyone here been to Richgold's grand FT yesterday? How was it?

^ same as Richgold's FT sa Hanging Gardens, as in pang food taste lang
halos lahat ng kasama sa menu eh bite size, tapos hindi naman din sinerve lahat.
Sa lasa naman, hindi nagustuhan ni h2b. Either bland/tasteless or too salty daw.
Medyo pihikan kasi siya sa food. Ayun, so no no kami sa Richgold.

Nasarapan naman kami ng brother ko sa food nila. Twice na kami nakapag FT. Yung first sa office nila, vgood. Yung 2nd, malamig pa sa bangkay! Pero masarap pa din naman. But yun, downside is malamig nga. Ang lamig naman din kasi ng venue, sa Eton Centris. I booked them already, but medyo nagaalangan ako because of bad reviews but since naka book na ako, gora. Although i'm still on a lookout for another caterer just in case.

sis weddingbelle sana nga maayos na service nila especially on your wedding day. quite risky ang ginawa mo to think na there are more negative reviews on them.

yup better look around na lang, but if you already paid your dp, sayang naman.

In fairness during the FT sa Eton, madami din nagbobook. Kahit malamig yung food. Well late din kasi kami.. but still. Baka hindi sila member ng any online communities like this kaya wala silang idea sa mga negative reviews. hehe

We are willing to let go of the 10k DP kung alanganin tlaga.

i think sis a fellow bride informed one of their AEs na about their poor service. Not sure if sa ibang thread ko nabasa yun. inform mo din sila sis if you already booked them at least matutukan ka nila, they'd be aware and they'd do something about it.

Please don't waste your money here. Getting Richgold Weddings catering for our wedding last 12/20/14 was a HUGE MISTAKE.

Our AE Luigi was very accomodating and the food (during food tastings) was delicious, but these are the facts:

1. My father-in-law caught their waiters drinking the imported wine we provided for the guests, while the program was ongoing.

2. These said waiters had to be told to serve warm water for the singer FIVE TIMES and FIVE HOURS before it was actually done. (Mahirap ba mag-serve ng water?) Did you get inexperienced servers for our event that booked you for 2 years ago?

3. The cucumber soup which we loved during the food tasting tasted like water during the actual wedding.

4. Your stylist Carlo Verdadero is one humongous nightmare. Thank God we hired our own. We're still waiting for the refund, by the way.I hope you won't get a chance to victimize more good-paying clients like you did with us. Your company provided a horrible, horrible service. Sayang talaga kayo.

Shocks, I didn't know na madami palang nega reviews about RichGold. Isa kasi sila sa accredited suppliers ng Glass Garden kaya nagpasched din ako ng food tasting. Hopefully nag improve na yung service nila.

sis ni let go namin yung 10k DP namin sa kanila and changed caterer na. hindi consistent ang food during food tasting nka ilang beses na ako pumunta sa mga grand FT nila.

^aww mabigat yung 10k sis huhu. pero tama nga naman if hindi ka satisfied sa services/food nila. yan ang maaalala ng tao:)

sayang nga ang 10K sis were you able to backread here sa thread before paying the DP? kasi was also to book them way before coz I was amazed with their packages and styling, then I came across this thread and never did we push for FT. Feedback from GTs here is enough na as our basis.

I knew all about the nega reviews here and in their FB but I still pushed through because I thought its just a small number compared to their 3-4 events daily.

Done with our initial FT with RichGold and I was not impressed with their food. Sobrang konti pa nung hinanda sa amin. 2 kinds of pasta lang and 3 main dishes. Hindi man lang namin nasample yung desserts nila. Super accomodating pa naman nung AE na nag assist sa amin and ang dami niyang ibibigay sa amin na freebies (ghost chairs, etc). Crossing RichGold na sa options namin.
