To those who are done with their wedding who got RichGold as their caterer, any feedback will be appreciated.

We want to know how they delivered on your special day.  Same taste ba ang food sa food tasting?  Are the servings generous?  Did they come on time?  Are the food enough?

We are considering them kasi.  Their styling is very nice, pero ang konti ng food sampling nila.  Takot kami baka not enough servings nila on the event say.

i heard hindi daw sila consistent sa taste, food tasting ok sila pero pag day itself parang iba na daw lasa ng food but this is just what i heard from friends.

Hi sis C-1, ok ba yung mga themed set-up nila? i requested for a package rate with them kasi and may mga themes sila like summer, spring, fall, winter.  and yung food, ok naman?

^We chose the winter set-up.  you can change the colors of the flowers.  Their food are good naman based on our food tasting.  Although di namin masyado type sa 1st food tasting, so we chose other dishes in their package to food taste, it came out good naman.

We had food tasting with them at Le Parc. I like the food + the buffet setup. Maganda rin yung table settings nila ha - maayos the center piece very creative. They have ghost chairs din!

We also booked RichGold Weddings. Pero lately lang namin nalaman, may bayad pala yung mock set-up, nagpapacharge daw kasi yung stylist, si Carlo. Weird. We had our second food tasting last Saturday at dapat immeet namin stylist kasi marami kaming tanong pero di sya dumating. On a lighter note, mabait kausap yung account excecutive namin, si Jed.

My brother's wedding was yesterday.  I would not recommend them for their food.  Ang layo sa na-food taste namin.  Ang lamig na ng food sa VIP Table.

Their set-up was nice though.  Pero meron padin hindi nasunod sa set-up kasi napagkasunduan na potted plants ilagay sa VIP table kasi ayaw ng brother ko ng rectangular plant box which is what the winter set-up have.  Nag-ok yun stylist at wala naman daw extra charge.  Pero yesterday yun plant box parin nakalagay.

Sa Glass Garden Pasig lang po.  Palpak talaga yun food nila.  Ok sana taste ng meats kaya lang tigas.  I was seated at the VIP table.  Di ko nakain food ko, considering that I'm so hungry na that time.  Lamig ng food.  I asked our relatives sa guest table.  Di rin daw gaano warm yun food.  Dessert lang nila ok.  Di ko natikman yun appetizer kaya I cannot say. 

The set-up was nice, though.  Especially the ceremony set-up.  Pero next time, I will remember to look for a caterer that has superb food kahit minimal lang yun set-up.  Because guests will not remember the set-up, pero yun food pag-uusapan kasi di sila nabusog/natuwa.

The bride and groom were so overwhelmed and nakalutang ang feeling kaya hindi na nila napansin ang mga details na ito.

Sis glass garden din ako, would you think maaga masyado na-serve yung food kaya malamig na?
Paano mo nasabe na hindi okay food nila? dahil ba malamig at matigas yung meat o hindi talaga masarap ang lasa?  sorry na dami ko questions, worried lang kase ako 
Honestly, sa food tasting hindi ako masyado nasarapan sa food nila e tapos konti pa, natuwa lang ako sa freebies nila.  Hay! paano ko kaya masisigurado na okay yung mga food na iseserve nila.

^suggestion ko lang sis pebbles0812 , it wouldn't hurt if you tell them na may nabasa kang gantong negative feedback about sa food nila online. para maging on guard sila on your event at masigurado hindi mangyayari sa yo yun especially kung too late na to back out dahil nakabook ka na. we paid our suppliers for quality services na niyayabang nila pag nag-iinquire pa lang tayo, kaya we have every right to demand na mareceive kung ano yung naipramis sa atin. so ask them an assurance that maseserve nang maayos at same taste that you're expecting sa event day. better din siguro kung magsama ka ng isang trusted relative or entourage while you're talking to them para alam nila may isa pang magbabantay sa quality ng service nila dahil ang alam ata nila di na napapansin ng couples yung mga gantong details sa mismong event.

hello sis em_cee! Sorry to hear about your experience with Richgold.  Sino AE mo sis? We were married last December and our reception is at Oasis. Richgold is our caterer but lucky us, we never experienced anything about malamig na food. Actually, we and our guests love everything about them. Masarap, hindi tinipid, attentive yung waiters and maganda setup. But yes I agree with you about the inconsistencies sa lasa ng food. We had several FT with them, and meron silang dish na madalas sineserve samin everytime na nag-FT kami.. and pinaguusapan namin, bakit ganun, parang nagiiba lasa.  Sabi na lang namin, sana yung chef na magluto sa wedding natin, magaling. And ayun nga, masarap naman lahat daw according to our guests. Siguro for the b2bs, maganda din na iraise niyo sa kanila itong concern na to especially yung malamig na food para maimprove na din yung services nila di ba. Btw, Grace is our AE.

Si Grace din AE namin.  She was nice to talk to.  La naman problem sa kanya.  Maybe pwede ko iconsider na malamig ang panahon ngayon and may aircon pa sa venue.  Maybe they prepared the VIP plates too early.  Pero sabi ng relatives namin, not so warm din yun food nila that came from the chafing dish.

In fairness to them, when I tasted the food we brought home (leftovers) na ininit ko sa microwave.  The taste was good naman.  Although not really same taste as what we food tasted before.

^ Aww. Sa Glass garden pala sis. Tagaytay wedding kasi ako, I'm worried baka ganun din lalo mangyari pero everytime we ask them about food preparation, they always say sa venue iluluto. Magffedback kami sa kanila na may nabasa kaming ganto. Sa food industry pa man din kami nagwowork pati mga guests, nakakahiya pag di okay quality nung food.

We met Grace sa Richgold's office and mabait nga sya pero si Jed ang AE namin. Pero nung kausap namin si Grace at may mga gusto kaming ipadagdag sa styling like yung drapes, yung pangalan ng couple at mga basic na upgrades, puro sagot nya 'additional yan Ma'am.' But when we talked to Jed, andami naman palang pwedeng ilibre na lang.

Question sis, nagpamock set-up ba kayo? May bayad ba talaga?

thanks sis! ganun na nga lang talaga gagawin namin, maayos naman sila kausap e, yun din yung isang nagustuhan namin sa kanila, mabait sila and madaling pakiusapan. and i think by saying so, mas maaappreciate nila yun para mas ma-improve nila yung quality ng food and service nila.

Hindi na kami nagpa-mock set-up kasi we chose the winter set-up na 2-3 times na namin nakita sa food tasting event.  Sinabi lang namin na gusto white flowers with touch of lilac or violet.  The set-up was nice. 

Kahit sa ceremony set-up na never namin nakita yun styling ng topiary flowers, pinabahala na namin.  We just paid for it.  Magaling talaga yun stylist ng richgold.
