Okay naman pumunta mid year sa Hk despite the heat basta depende sa itinerary.  If most of the places you're going to ay outdoors like nanlian, Stanley,  repulse, llama, op, ngong ping, peak, ladies market etc. then it's best to go during winter season.  But if you're going to hk mainly for shopping in the malls or stores and food tripping, midyear is okay lalo sa sale season

I didn't enjoy my first time in hk before kahit sale season bec puro outdoor ang nasa itinerary ko and wala ako pangshopping haha

we'll be in HK next week. 
super init ba talaga?  or should we bring disposable raincoats pa din? last week daw kasi was may konting ulan.

btw, i had my hair treated a week ago and may specified na shampoo and conditioner. kaso it's in a 300ml bottle. if isalin ko ba sya sa mas maliit na container, pero walang branded label, sisitahin ba sa airport?

^ imagine 33 degrees na ma humid... Hindi katulad ng init sa pilipinas na tuyo, dito talaga malagkit. Hindi umuulan lately, pero magdala ka na din just in case.

^parang Manila weather as per last week na andun ako- mainit ns humid na maulan (I think pumalo na ng 31 deg recently)

Kung hand carry dapat di lalampas 100ml na as much as possible clear bottle container and lahat ng liquid nasa clear plastic like zip lock pero kung check in ang bag mo any amount is okay.

sis, nagtry ako mag mock booking sa hotel website. dinideclare niyo ba talaga na may kasama kayong bata? like if 4 yrs old lang naman. kasi i noticed nagbabago yung price eh if may kasamang bata. they also charged for the kid? thanks in advance.

ilovenaffy yes malamig, but the coldest months are from january-march

Pero last year, december pa lang malamig na talaga, naalala ko kasi bumisita yung brother ko mga mid of December nag 10-12 degrees na non... Check the weather before you leave kasi pabago bago ng panahon, yung mga relatives ko nagpunta naman sila ng january expected nila na sobrang lamig dahil na rin sa kwento ng brother ko pero nung nandito na sila parang tagaytay weather lang, then the following week biglang baba ulit ng temperature... Ang weird lang.

Yung mga nag 2 day ticket pass sa Disney.. worth it ba talaga? Kasi first time namin eh so ayaw namin mabitin dahil sa pila and i know mainit ngaun sa HK.

nattense na ako kasi first time namin sa HK kasama ng daughter ko (5 yrs old) and husband ko.

Decided na talaga ako dapat sa Butterfly on Prat kaso nung pinakita ko sa husband ko yung place and area paligid ng hotel parang hindi niya nagustuhan. parang China town daw. hehe and kinonsider ko rin may bata ako na kasama. pero budget wise sana okay nasa sa Butterfly. second option ko yung Holiday Inn Golden Mile as suggested ni sis @rocky. for convenience baka pati with breakfast na ang i-avail ko sa booking.com. kaso parang may kamahalaan na siya. if ever nasa 5000 HKD na.

yung iba kong option The Luxe Manor, Novotel Nathan..

how about nathan hotel? anyone stayed here? price is good kasi may kasama ng breakfast.

Curlytops hindi lang 15 mins ang pagpila sa peak tram lalo na at kung madami ang tao, minsan inaabot pa ng 2 hrs depende sa haba ng pila... So baka hindi masunod ang schedule mo. Yung sa Day 4 bat di nyo na dalhin yung mga luggage nyo pagpunta sa Lantau kesa bumalik pa kayo ng hotel. May locker naman sa ngong ping and city gate.  Nakakapagod din ang byahe, one and a half hour din ang byahe balikan kung babalik pa kayo sa hotel.

About sa hotel, gusto mo din ba tumingin sa ibang area like Causeway Bay? Okay kasi yung location ng Holiday Inn Express sa gilid ng Times Square very accesible sa lahat. Try mo tingnan sa web kung magugustuhan mo.

Thanks sis prettybarbie. May masuggest ka ba na pwedeng alternative na puntahan if hindi kaya ng sked sa The Peak?
Actually pinag-iisipan ko na sa Nathan Hotel kasi may kasama ng breakfast.

Sis curlytops Disneyland lang talaga sadya nyo sa HK at wala na iba?  May kids kang kasama?

IMO parang okay na ang one day for Disneyland unless nga may kids ka kasama and lahat talaga sasakyqn nyo and bawat shop bibili kayo. If hindi naman Disneyland ang tanging sadya nyo sayang ang isang araw. Anyway opinion ko lang.

At saka maganda try mo gawin gabi ang punta nyo sa Peak.maganda ang night view ng hk.

@sis barbie umaabot pala ng 2hrs ang pila? Whew. Buti never ko naexperience yan. Kaloka

mga sis, saan po murang mamili ng guess or fossil watches? may outlet store po ba sila? if wala, saan po mura?
ano nga po ba uli yung tawag dun sa refund ng mga tourists pag namimili sa kanila? forgot ko tawag.  sa SG po may ganun, HK po ba meron din?
paano po yung proccess na yun? makikibili po kasi ng watch yung uncle ko.

Based on my experience last April, wala naman pila sa CTS counter sa airport. Walang ibang bumibili nung andun kami kaya mabilis lang.
