Which hotel is better, butterfly on prat or hotel benito? Solo trip ako sa hk this june, still haven't decided what hotel to book. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated

Dati sa farmer's ako nagpapapalit. Pero di na ko nagdadala ng cash dahil takot ako sa holdap. I withdraw na lang pagdating sa hk. Though I'm not sure if this is advisable in terms of palitan.

Naku sis aranses humid at mainit talaga. Pag nag ocean park di mo maeenjoy esp mga bata. Ang maganda lang w hk, ang mga establishments todo mag aircon kahit mga bus hehe.

^mainit na pala sa hong kong ngayon. Naalala ko yung mga years na summer din kami nagpupunta because of the sale, we always walk sa MTR and not sa Nathan Road kasi nga ang init, at least sa MTR aircon

I am tempted to grab The Mira's 30% off offer for June (my and hubby's birthday month). We always stay here pero turn off talaga ang init and humidity during summer time in Hongkong.    The best talaga pumunta when the weather is nice and cool. Hindi nakakapagod mag-ikot. I'll probably wait na lang for our yearly anniversary trip in December.

we've been going to HK during the summer months for the past 15 years or so and nasanay na sa init for the love of shopping if you plan to shop, ok lang since may AC naman in most places and we're all just in shorts and flip flops even if everyone is dressed nicely.

there are times that we go there pag december and that's when we go to the touristy places to those going this month (including us!) goodluck sa heat and drink lots of water.

Ewan ko ba di na talaga ako nasanay sa humidity ng HKG. HKG's been my second home for the past 25 years or so (showing my age ba  ) since the airline company I retired from is based there. I've also worked in HKG when Kai-tak was still the airport pero iba talaga yung humidity nila.

I guess for first-timers they wouldn't mind it since meron pang novelty. So good luck sa mga pupunta ng summer. At least you have the summer sale shopping to look forward to.

Yay, July pala is a summer month. When I first went to HK, it was winter. Feb 2009. All the while I thought rainy season din ang July sa HK. Wah!
