babytalk to still no talk

my son is already 3 years old and still not be able to create or speak sentences.. puro lang single word... like juice, chips, milk, bok, and words i cant understand.. Lol.. its cute pero alarming, considering that next year magaaral na sya.. any advice sisterssss ?
