Buti pa sa ibang sis natin hiyang ang argan oil. Ako pag naglalagay nang argan oil mas na na e emphasize ang frizz.

Mejo madami na akong posts about this, but i'll be but i'll say it again.

I used to have super buhaghag hair and frizzy hair with all those colors and split ends. Until I got pregnant and switched to more organic/natural/less chemical-based products. Frst, i had to had a haircut to get rid of split ends. I switched my shampoo to Jonhson's baby milk bath because I can be confident to use this everyday dahil pang baby lang talaga sya. though i shampoo twice a sweek to get rid of deep=-seated dirt. Head and shoulders gamit ko. I use Organic Care conditioner (299 php sa Watsons). It kind of weigh down my hair. I like its smell. Then i put a little extra virgin olive oil sa tabo ng water, ihalo then ibuhos sa hair. and you'll come out of the shower frizz-free.

before nasolve ko na to. kaso ngayon balik nanaman sa dati.

nagpacut na ko ng hair. hinahabol ko yung mga virgin hair ko. para yun na lang ittreat ko. nagpalit na rin ako ng organic shampoo and cond (hhn). wala pa rin effect.

ngayon im using zenutrients coconut shampoo then coconut and honey conditioner tapos nilalagyan ko rin ng zenutirients nourishing cream. sabog pa rin pero hindi na helmet style unlike before.

pero sana may treatment na mawawala yung frizziness bukod sa keratin na may formaldehyde at rebond kasi problem ko rin yung hairfall ko kaya medyo iwas sa bonggang chemicals.

Sis, HHN kasi gamit ko pero I've read good reviews din about sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners ng Healthy Options like Jason and Nature's Gate pero I think mas madaming nagagandahan sa Jason. Aveeno din may sulfate-free shampoo. Aveeno Pure Renewal Shampoo yung name at maganda din reviews. Try mo.

I think I remember my experience with sulfate free..hindi ito mabula..hehe kaya parang stressed ako magshampoo (hindi pa sanay) pero I'll try looking into HHN again..and maybe try a bottle or 2.. ang hirap lang sa HHN is I still need to look for it -.- pero I'll google it nalang hehe. I'll also look into jason..

pero you know the overall feel after washing kahit deeply conditioned.. I just pat my hair sa towel..and allow it to air dry..
I get the frizzy basang sisiw effect..then overall frizzy (imagine someone na naturally curly and you brush it na parang maging fluffy cloud yung hair. wavy yung hair ko po pero it's fluffy like a cloud sometimes)
Maybe oil will work with conditioner..
Just like you sisses I want chemical free if possible pero if di ko na matiis.. either chop or treatment hehe

No biggie sis! Yes hindi siya mabula. Inis din ako nung first few weeks ko kasi parang hindi nalilinis ng shampoo yung buhok ko dahil walang bula kaya tuloy napapadami ako ng lagay hanggang sa nakasanayan ko na. Yung scalp ko nalang talaga shinashampoo ko. Damaged ang buhok ko from bleach and dyeing my hair pero naging healthy siya after 3-4 months of continuous use. Never pa kong nagparebond or keratin. DIY hair treatments lang like babad VCO overnight. Sulfate-free shampoo and condi saved me from going to the salon. Sana mahanap mo rin sis ang HG shampoo and condi mo.

i finally gave up!

napagod na ko mag diy/home remedy para umayos yung buhaghag kong hair. hindi na rin kasi sya presentable lalo pa at nag oopisina ako buti sana kung nagpaplantsa or nagboblower ako ng buhok. para na kong nakahelmet. tapos hair everywhere. para kong buhok na may ulo. duuuh!

so bumili ako ng voucher sa dealgrocer. keratherapy at salon beauvoir. 3400 any length ang orig price is 7k.

pag kabili ko niavail ko agad haha excited lang. would like to compliment that salon dahil super welcoming ng ambience kahit na medyo sossy yung place. mabait and accomodating din ang staff. not pushy sa mga services or products and may free complimentary drinks din. talagang spoiled ang mga girls sa mga stylist.

going back! bale sabi saken nung stylist (si Glen) hindi daw to pinstraight pag nabanlawan. so ayun ang process, binanlawan yung hair ko tapos nilagyan ng gamot. pinatuyo at pinalantsa. as of now (day1) pin straight sya. sabi nya pwede ko na basain bukas pero kung mas gusto ko tumagal yung effect stay ko muna sa hair ko from 2-3 days. good thing sabado bukas

yung effect daw kung aalagaan ng non sulfate shampoo aabot ng 3-4 months. wala daw formaldehyde. pero medyo may sting sa mata nung pinaplantsa but walang awful smell unlike dun sa icure na pinagawa ko before.

tumagal yung treatment ng 1 hour and 30 minutes. hmm i'll update you gals sa effect after banlawan. ibababad ko lang sya for 2 days. super laki ng pagbabago ng hair ko parang di ako haha

I wont recommend Dove to anyone. Got a pimple with PUS behind my neck due to this (I can safely say it was from Dove because I've never had issues with this sa Tresemme) and crapload of bacne. I think it's because of the extreme fragrance :/

I went back to Tresemme and I'm ok now..
my pimple is healing..

I think I misunderstood Lioness' advice. Hinahalo ko yung conditioner with oil.
In fairness, natame yung hair ko a bit..but it does feel weighed down

Could not be bothered to make tiis sa traffic (4 hours back and forth sa city) I usually feel so sleepy and dying by 5pm..so I wasnt able to buy any Jason products or HHN

^Dove game me cystic pimples as well. Unfortunately, took me months to pinpoint the exact cause as I was initially blaming the stress I got from my previous work. Yun pala sa Dove shampoo lang. It was a disaster. I still got the scars on my cheeks. Kaya pag nakakakita ako ng Dove Shampoo sa grocery, sobrang inis ako. However, its ironic lang na hiyang ako sa Dove na sabon. I am pregnant and have no choice but to steer away from harsh soaps, eh Dove soap lang ata yung ok sa face ko. It's even better than using facial cleansers.

tried the dry oil with argan oil hair treatment from organix (OGX). bumili kasi mom kaya natry ko lang pero ang ganda! took away the frizz instantly withouth weighing my hair down and hindi malagkit. Might buy for myself soon kapag argan kasi kahit hindi greasy naweweigh down pa rin yun hair..

if your hair is buhaghag try not using shampoo everyday, use shampoo every other day.

Buhaghag din hair ko so I had keratin treatment last May. Used sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner from HHN and for three months (almost) tamed naman yung hair ko. Di ganun ka-straight pero at least di naman sabog-sabog. Haha 

Unfortunately, bumalik na naman ang sumpa.  So what I do is I only shampoo twice a week then conditioner lang. And once or twice a week, I don't wash my hair at all. My sched's like this:

Sun- shampoo & conditioner
Mon- conditioner
Tue- no wash
Wed- shampoo & conditioner
Thu- conditioner or hair treatment like hot oil/ hair spa (this is my RD kase)
Fri- no wash
Sat- conditioner

So far, medyo napapnsin ko na effective sya. I use either Cream Silk dry rescue or Pantene 3 Min Miracle. This week thou, try ko yun bagong variant ng Palmolive.

almost one week na yung keratherapy treatment ko.

nung first 2-3 days after ko banlawan hair ko pinstraight. after a week nagkavolume na sya. then super shiny and walang frizz at all. bagsak pero yung dulo ng hai ko sumusunod sa ginagawa ko. yung officemates ko can't stop praising my hair. kasi talagang kasumpa sumpa sya bago nung treatment. at talagang nidedeny kong nagpatreatment ako kasi nakakahiya pg nalaman nilang gumastos pa ko haha anyways im gonna embrace this treatment kapag after 3months ok pa rin sya. no formahldehyde daw according to them.
