Tried yesterday yung extra virgin olive oil plus tea tree oil and avocado.

Sises, kung damaged talaga hair nyo like yung tips may split end or brittle, cut it na! Let it go! Kasi di talaga sya gaganda pag andun pa yung damaged parts. Get it trimmed tapos saka kayo mag treatments. Also kung mas concern nyo ang healthy hair, don't color or have it rebonded. :)

^ true pag dry ang ends ibig sabihin you have to cut it na since baka magsplit na yun.

AGREE!

My cousin who kept ironing her hair for school, grabe, nasunog hair. So wala, pinutol niya.

Ako din recently, i had to cut the ends of my mane, sobrang dry na and nagssplitends. Actually, it now looks healthier.

Since no budget, nagkkeratin treatment na lang ako at home. I use the once from HBC and shinemoist.

My hair is now 4 inches below my shoulders so mas tamed down na ang frizziness but I also started using Philip Kingsley Extreme Moisture conditioner and it helped a lot. I do weekly DIY hair spa at home once in a while but I just don't have the time right now.

Agadir Argan Oil, the only product that worked for me. Japanese straightening treatment worked for me too maski matagal ang process it is worth it.

Sis I've used before yung Skala na sort of sticky and glossy conditioner/cream for the hair para soft, shiny, and nonfrizzy sya. And better if ipartner with Luxxe Protect yung grapeseed extract capsule kasi it is said to stop hair fall and dandruff kasi rich sya with vitamin c and e, more percentage of these two vitamins that the normal multivitamins :)

My hair has been like this since high school. Sobrang messy and really irritating. I could put hot oil on it then would be ok for a couple of tries but afterwards wala na namang effect. Naiimune yung hair ko to any kind of treatment so there is no other way than to have it rebonded. The only good thing about my hair is its strands are quite strong, hindi siya ganun kadaling maputol and could withstand this treatment. I also make sure pala that every year lang pinapagawa hair ko para di siya masunog. If you don't want pin straight, I suggest Milk Rebond ng Cosmopolitan. May volume pa rin yung hair and di siya ganun katapang compared to the traditional treatment.

Rebonding.

mga sis does the shampoo really matter ba po?
I only shampoo once to twice a week (yes, tinitiis ko) .. I'm using Pantene ata..Is shampoo worth the investment?

I've used
Tresemme Keratin Conditioner (eh lang ang effect.. using it for a long time and parang immune na hair ko)
Dove Conditioner (blue) yung dual color lumabas na yellow and white (grabe nahihilo ako sa fragrance pero tinitiis ko. naka.back pimples rin kaya mag.butterfly clip ako sa bathroom! @_@ )
Tresemme Hair Mask (red) I likey this one but I cant use this everyday? Should I? -_-

Upon reading the suggestions of our sisses here, I used my argan oil ulit from Healthy Options (it still smells like poop!) and had 3 pumps (hair is until waist length) ..You know the basang sisiw effect? With clumping hair..yun ang effect -_- Kahit nagbrush na ako :'( Maybe it's really time for a haircut.. :( Does an extreme V line layer haircut affect it ba? Coz I'm planning U shape nalang sa hairstyle.. Ipon for Vitacement sa Davids siguro or Keratin.. tiisin ko ang smell (sorry, I'm asthmatic and very sensitive sense of smell, dami rin allergies like skin asthma, rhinitis..in short.. OA haha ) and yung formaldehyde if it will do me good :(

Any other help po mga sisses?

Sis, based on my exp, yes, shampoo is worth the investment lalo na if it's sulfate-free. Long-term use of shampoos with sulfate will eventually cause dryness because sulfate is a detergent agent. Been using it for 7 months now at nagimprove talaga yung buhok ko, nawala yung dandruff ko caused by Dove shampoo and less ang hair fall of course with the help of sulfate-free conditioner. My hair has never been this healthy. DIY hair treatment with VCO will help a lot too. Also, when I wash my hair, warm water muna para open ang hair follicles at para mas maabsorb ang hair product then shampoo and conditioner tapos irrinse ko with cold water. I use cotton T-shirt. It really lessens the frizz. If you have the budget, ok daw ang Green Keratin ng Affascinante Salon kasi blow-dried hair ang effect and all natural ang ingredients.
