Im selling sa shoppee. I just started. May isa akong customer hindi pa niya na aacknowledge that she has received my item. Mag 1 week na, so shoppee hasnt released the  item to me. I tried texting her and messaging her but wala reply.pano nga ba yun if she wont be able to acknowlege it pano na magyayari?

@goldengoose, pwedeng matanong anong gamit mong cart system? if off-the-rack solution siya, may monthly fee ba yun? may kasama na rin bang inventory and CRM solution yun? thanks po.

'cart system' = shopping cart, na feature sa stand alone na online shop. Meron sa wix na integrated na sa ecommerce template nila. Pinag aaralan ko kasi ano feasible sa akin. will be launching a stand alone shop. wala outright bayad yun sa payment method ng paypal, pero yun ibang local banks natin meron malaki initial payment.... so ask ko na rin sa mga online shops - ano pinaka ginagamit na payment method ng clients nyo? credit card or bank deposit?

I have a full time job, engaged planning to get married next year kaya super gusto ko magkaExtra para makatulong din kay Fiance.
And even before gusto ko talaga magstart ng online shop.
Di ko lang alam pano magsimula..
I dont know where to sort for suppliers..
wala naman ako capability to make my own product..

Just wanted to ask about deliveries about large multiple items - pano nyo kinocompute yun delivery fee? Kasi sa Metro courier base on volumetric weight or weight, whichever is higher, e di ko sure how big the items will be. Siguro i have to pre-set sizes ng boxes na lang.

I have a lot of goods from the US: shampoos, lotions, baby products, wallets. I get them from discount stores in the U.S. and shipped to me via Balikbayan boxes. Which online store should I sell them? Ebay is good (buhay pa ba to?) Any other tips?

kakastart ko pa lang magonlineshop last weekend. Oh well talagang tyagaan din magfollow at magfollow ng mga accounts para Makita din nila kung okay yung mga products na binebenta mo. So far, may isa ng nagtanong unfortunately nabili na ng friend ko yung damit. haha. ipupull out ko na rin products ko sa shopee mabagal pala dun. Naghahanap din ako ng mga resellers and wholesalers... Sana may makapansin sa account ko...

Sis @vain_kixie matagal na yung post mo, pero sagutin ko na din since na-experience ko na din yan. I reported it to Shopee via e-mail with screenshots ng conversation, receipt and all and was able to get the payment. 

Sis @chinrosete I sell fashion accs and my preloved stuff sa carousell. Not sure what type of accessories you're planning sell, right now pansin ko na mabenta ay yung mga stainless and dainties. May sales naman din akong nakukuha sa Carousell pero super cute lang, as in mabibilang ko lang in a month.  Mas madaming inquiries at offers. Since pwede ka makipag-negotiate sa price sa Carousell. E, minsan super kuripot naman ng karamihan. Anyway, majority pa din talaga ng umoorder saken from IG, Shopee and Facebook (in particular order yan) 

Sis @purple_tips buti ka pa. Gusto ko din ma-avail yang free shipping option kaso di nila ata covered mga taga-probinsya. Hahaha! Anyway, yung ibang shops (since nag-sha-shopping din ako sa Shopee, kaya nakakachika ko din ibang sellers) kahit may COD di nila ino-offer option na yan. Kasi nga hindi lahat ng buyers pwedeng pagkatiwalaan. Pwede ka naman maglagay ng note sa profile at product description mo if ever na free shipping pero no COD, para clear sa buyers... or better yet ask Shopee.

Nangyari yan sa akin pero ako ang buyer and sa Lazada naman ako bumili ng items, COD option din parehong items and free shipping since more than 1k ang total ko. Ang sabi 2 separate shipment ko daw marereceive ang mga items ko since magkaibang seller/fulfillment center ang magpa-process ng orders. Yung 1st item nareceived ko after 2 days and tumawag pa ang courier service para iinform ako na idedeliver na nila ang Item1. Ilang beses p sila tumawag sa akin to asked for landmarks hanggang sa mareceived ko na si Item1. Si Item2 naman 2 weeks na pero wala pa din. I called Lazada hotline and asked them ano na nangyari sa Item2 sabi ng rep pabalik na daw ng fulfillment center nila due to incorrect address. Sabi ko sabay ako nag-order ng items and same delivery address bakit yung isa nakarating at yung isa sasabihin naman na di nila nahanap due to incorrect address and unable to contact daw ako. I don't think yung address ko ang may diperensya and lalong hindi ako bogus . They should try to make multiple contact sa buyer (but during that time wala ako nareceived na call or even text galing sa courier service regarding Item2) Sadyang tamad lang maghanap ang ibang tauhan ng courier service. Ni hindi man lang ako kinontak to asks for directions kung di nila makita bahay ko. Regular naman ako nakaka-received ng billing statement and package from EMS, Xend, Lbc etc pero yung nag-iisang item na yun di naideliver sa kin due to incorrect address and unable to contact. Dahilan na lang din siguro yan ng mga courier service, gusto magsiuwi ng maaga lol
