Hi, I have this dilemma.  I hope that somebody can advise me. Somebody bought an item fr me sa ebay.  When I sent the invoice, I specifically indicated that she should give me her complete shipping address and contact no. After a few days, nagbayad naman siya kaso she did not send her address and contact no.  Sa ebay profile niya, no contact number but may postage address kaso the name attached to the address is different from the buyer's name. It's a guy's name tapos iba pa yun surname.  I've been messaging  her via ebay for 4 days na but up to now, she has not responded. Her feedbacks are already more than  12 months back.  Most of them commented that great communication daw siya. Bakit sa akin, deadma siya?  So, what do you think I should do?

send her lang messages in ebay sis kasi mahirap na baka mali yung address nya sa ebay or hindi nya dun gusto ipaship yung items.

Also, bakit hindi siya nagtataka na wala pa yun order niya.

baka nagkaroon ng personal emergency or naging busy.

i agree, exhaust all means to communicate with her. sa PM, sa email, etc. let her know that you need to verify her mailing address, and you cannot mail the item without verifying  the address.  mahirap nang mamali ng padala, magdodoble doble pa ang gastos kung sakali.

^same tayo ng problem sis hirap mag sell online kung walang buyer. Dapat mareach mo ang buyer online.

i also use hashtags for the products i sell. para pag sinearch, lalabas. pero IG is just one of my platforms. meron din akong OLX at FB :-) at syempre yung mga kakilala hehe.

everytime may transaction akong nasasara i always remind my buyers to visit/like/follow our online shops.

Hi po.

Nag upload ako ng pic na coming items sa FB page ko then since na coming pa naman and hindi ko pa talaga nabayaran, I deleted the album. A customer asked a certain item and told me to reserve pag dumating na sa akin. Nung na received ko na ang invoice ko from supplier was sold out na pala ang dress na yun. Hindi ko inform ang customer kasi akala ko hindi siya seryoso so nawala na yun sa mind ko. Yung account niya kasi is a fake account,walang pic at walang kalaman laman. After 3 days nabigla na lang ako nag send siya ng proof of payment nahulog nadaw niya payment niya worth 400 plus including shipping fee. Sa BPI siya nag hulog and confirmed payment niya. I explained to her and told her na i-refund nalang namin money niya or pwede siya mamili ng ibang dress. Ang reply niya is "Ah okay lang". After 2 days follow up ko siya to my surprise na deactivated na account niya. Hinanap ko ang ganung name sa FB pero wrong person ang nahanap ko. Hindi naman kami ni blocked kasi kahit gumamit ako ng ibang account diko talaga ma search yung name na yun sa FB. So strange experience! What kaya dapat gawin mga sis??

how about you post or make a shout out on your FB wall: "to ___ (FB name, even if fake), please PM us."  That way, she can't blame you kung di mo marefund yung payment nya.  Ang ikanakapraning ko kasi sa ganyan is baka mamaya magpost ng negative comment tapos sya (customer) naman may kasalanan.  At least you have a proof that you tried to reach out.

Ako naman kaka start lang ulit  after 2 years nahinto. I started selling shoes last summer lakas loob lang then naging maayos naman and until now kahit paano medyo napansin na and may regular clients.
Bihira kasi ako mag join sa mga online ads kasi nakakatakot mga scammer heheh. Basta no DP no process ang policy ko since made to order. Tama nga mga sis na dami makulit na client yung iba trip lang makipag text mate at mam badtrip. Sa 10 clients na magtatanong 2 lang ang sure buyer hahha.

Mga natutunan ko

1. Learn when to say NO. Wag mag commit kung di kaya. Advise agad client kung may delay or problem before hand.
2. Stick to your policy. Minsan nadadaan sa mga hirit mostly pag regular client na. Pero business is Business.
3. Bank Deposit is still the best mode of payment makikita mo agad if may online account ka sa bank and di hassle sa mga remittance center. Na experience ko na mali yung name ko sa Cebuana so hassle yun kasi itetext si client para ma correct yung branch.
4. Do good and Honest business alagaan ang client pero wag pabayaan ang sarili.
5. Aralin business strengths and weakness and try to create inventory PNL mostly available sa net or DIY na lang para ma track kung kumikita ba or baka na eenjoy ko lang magbenta heheh. Since nakaka adik minsan heheh parang gusto mo lahat ng mabebenta ibenta..

I'm planning to buy clothes sa divisoria. Magkano marked up nyo say sa isang blouse na worth P200? If meet-ups muna ok ba isell mo ng P250 or 300? And if kasama shipping fee magkano nyo ibebenta? Hello Sis Rensky, I suggest try to scout muna blouse or dresses from Divi or Baclaran to get their prices then work on the pricing of your items na ibebenta mo, mas makakamura ka kasi pag wholesale binili mo tapos i-retail mo sa online or sa office mates mo.
Nagsimula din ako magbenta sa office eh one month to pay at least me extra income

IG seller here too  and luckily our product was endorsed by a celebrity kaya dinagsa kami ng orders esp during the Christmas season kahit kasisimula lang namin nun. And i learned a lot from that experience. Follow us on IG, sisses and i'll follow you back

^Nice. So, effective pala talaga ang pagpapa-endorse sa celebrity? Pwede malaman sinong celebrity/ celebrities pinag-endorse mo ng products mo? MAy IG account din shop namin pero hindi namin na-a-update masyado. Majority ng sales namin from consignees and resellers.
