Does anyone have a copy of their sitdown menu? Taking my AE so long to send it!

Also, for the seafood, fish and beef courses in the buffet menu, which ones are actually cooked on the spot? Big concern to for fiance and I and we will be willing to pay upgrades for each just to ensure the food will be cooked on the spot... andami kasing friends/ relatives I've heard saying na the normal expectation of wedding food is that it isn't good. We don't want to add to that reputation naman.

ive been calling their office almost everyday for the past two weeks, either no one answers or there's no one there daw to send their packages. i was able to reach an AE of their former client, she'll send the package daw pero its been days and wala pa rin till now. ganito ba sila ka-difficult?

fiance wants to let them go na but im still pushing for it. last chance na namin sa bridal fair this weekend, if wala pa rin we'll go with another caterer na. i really do hope they'll be there.

^Actually we knew this issue when we booked them sis, talagang ito yung pinakamalaking issue nila, na super busy sila at laging mahirap kontakin, siguro 80% of the time hindi prompt magrereply. Kaya medyo pag may itatanong kami e contact agad kasi alam kong super tagal before i'll get my answer.

They'll be there this weekend, they'll have a buffet menu on hand and you can sched a foodtasting with them, sadly though the communication issue doesn't look like it will change anytime soon unless mag-add sila ng tao.

were you able to have a chat with them during the fair? most feedbacks nga I hear is super tagal magreply ng kbyc. I did encounter this prob too with them when I was inquiring pa lang for their packages.however, when I had my ae (jam) na especially coz I have her viber no. too, super prompt naman the responses.
Even during our ft, it took a while before we started because there  were lots of people  having their fts and detailing. Stretch your patience pa coz they really are worth the wait.
if you have coordinators already, they can do the pangungulit for you. my coordinator kase laging kawork ang kbyc so halos friends na nya lahat don..mas easier pa ang communication with them.

bzbee, i remember I called them up on  a Tuesday tapos sabi sa akin nung nakasagot, wala raw yung booking manager (Giselle ata yung name?). Tumawag na lang daw ako ulit kinabukasan  kasi andun na raw si Giselle by then. So I called back the ff day, sabi sa akin ng nakasagot, tumawag na lang daw ako ulit tomorrow kasi wala raw si Giselle. So medyo nag sungit ako and I insisted. Sabi ko sa nakasagot, yan din yung sinabi sa akin kahapon eh, kelan ba talaga sya nandyan? Yun pala si AE Jam yung nakasagot sa call ko that day at inintertain nya ako, she booked me an FT schedule agad agad nirequest ko na rin sya as our AE.

My advice is maging persistent ka next time na tumawag ka hehe baka mag work din

Just want to ask:
- Did any of you avail sitdown from K? How different is the menu and rates? We decided kasi na sitdown na kami (medyo maarte ang ibang nasa guestlist) and I know it'll cost probably 20% more per head? Then again iba din menu right so i dont know

- Does K have rectangular tables (10 pax each)? We initially said round but we changed our mind...

thanks sissies! i decided to let them go na but we are happy with our caterer and especially glad that we can move on na with the planning.

Booked them na sa bridal fair kanina/kahapon!!! jam na-assign sa amin. So happy. Dedma man sila sa emails ko, ayan dinayo ko na sila sa moa upon reading dito na kasali pala sila!!

sis bzbee, glad you can move on na.. malaking stress talaga ang di makapili ng caterer agad2x kaya happy for you! sino naman ang caterer na napili mo, if you dont mind?

Hi sparklingjewel, yes they have rectangular tables. We used a combination of round and rectangular for our wedding. The rectangular one we used was good for 12 pax each.

Kasali daw ulit sila sa fair next month sa megamall cornerin nyo na sila dun kung not responding pa rin sila. Even yung mga photog na nameet namin sa fair hands down kay kbycunanan. Favorite daw nila pagkain nun haha

   Hi girls   I'm so happy for everyone who's gotten married recently, especially those who had booked KbyC and who had gotten great service from them.  Especially, since you can share the experience with us who will be getting married soon, and who had booked K by C. 


Question though, I keep hearing raves about Jam the AE, my AE is Rann, any reviews about her and her style?  Hope somebody can comment   Any input will be appreciated, thanks in advance guys. Cheers
