Caterer Review: K By Cunanan (Part II)

Happy read positive reviews for K by C and AE Jam. They were our non-negotiable for our supplier and we didn't regret it. Everyone loved the food and the styling of our venue. Simple yet very elegant.

I'm happy din with all the reviews. Jam is my AE too. super love din ni hubby ang mga dishes during the initial ft. Everything seems to be smooth so far. are you girls getting separate stylist for your reception or will leave everything to kbyc na?

^Hi Annie, we're done with the wedding already. For me no need to hire a stylist because Jam can deliver, just be specific with what you want para alam nya yun gagawin. What I did with our wedding before was discuss with her our theme and sent her a powerpoint presentation of my peg for each area. example(reception area, buffet table, etc)

^ sis Annie, ganito din ang ginawa ko, pare-pareho tayo ng AE. Jam is very efficient. Magaling siya sa styling. If I remember it right, she is actually an interior designer. kaya naging confident ako na hindi kumuha ng stylist.

during our final mock setup, nakuha niya talaga yung classic, elegant, music inspired look na nasa isip ko at kung ano yung mga design inspirations ko using all the pegs that I sent her.

i agree wth sis andee_gurl that there is no need to get a stylist, especially if you know what you want and you can envision the look and feel that you want for your wedding.

what theme do you have in mind ba? another tip that I can give K by C brides is to ask your AE for items and furniture pieces that they own and that you can borrow for your reception.

I am starting to look for pegs na and gagawa din ako ng powerpoint like what you guys did. I asked Jam if she could provide photos for their registration table setup. nagsend sya pero konti lang.. and sa table assignment pala, ang coordinator daw ang gagawa ng setup. yung coordinator nyo din ba gumawa neto sis? as in gusto ko sis kasi yung malaki yung mga names nila, at may isang corner for that. so i will have to ask events & elements for photos as well if ever sila nga ang gagawa neto. otherwise, i will have to get moki gray to design the table assignment thingy. #artemode hahaha

Mali word ko sorry. Registration dapat hehe. Included yung table at styling nun pero kung yung sa space sa tabi ng registration table, it depends.

Basta available yung items, they can bring and set it up. Kung wala pa sila ng kailangan niyo, additional fee.

In our case, wala nito kasi cocktail area na yung tabi ng registration table.

I am looking in IG lang kasi they're not posing pictures on their FB page. based overseas ako kaya i will only send my pegs through email and will not see everything until i arrive in manila.

anytime sis vitug.annie. ako mismo ang gumawa ng table assignment, kasi mas may idea ako kung sino pwede maging magkakatabi at sino yung hindi kesa sa coordinator ko.

i did not do both kasi kulang na ang time ko to do other DIYs. the whole family became preoccupied din kasi a few weeks before my wedding because my two cousins also got married a week before mine (12/12) and (12/13). so yun...

hanap ka din sa pinterest, etsy or google search depende sa theme mo.
you might also want to read bride and breakfast. magaganda yun mga featured weddings doon. pwede ka din tingin sa mga set up ng ibang caterers or stylist. hehe.

send ka lang ng pictures sa kanila. sabihin naman nila kung kaya apply or hindi at kung covered or kailangan mo ng additional.

Hi can somebody help me? Last week pa kasi kme tumtawag at nag eemail ni fiance sa kbyc pero walang reply and the numbers we have are either not working or busy. Medyo ang tagal nga rin nila magreply... nakailang tanong na ako sa schedule ng food tasting. Sila pa naman top choice namin ni h2b mula nung makita ni h2b yung mga setup nila sa facebook page. But even if masyado na na-buildup yung image nila sa amin as probably the best caterer today, I want to keep an open mind sa food tasting. Sana lang ma-schedule na nila!

Question: Talaga bang 10k lang reservation fee nila? Anong payment terms nila sa inyo? Labo kasi nung PDF na sinend nila..
