we had our first food tasting with kbyc awhile ago.. and the red snapper was awesome. The fish was cooked perfectly. Definitely isa sya sa mga ipapaserve namin
We had FT with Hizons before.. and konti lang ang masarap.. I think mga dalawa lang, iba ok lang. Busog lang. Pero kay kbyc, there where many outstanding dishes. Out of 4 main dishes, 4 ang masarap. Red snapper, pork belly, pesto (forgot what its called) and the best is

Sa cocktails and salad, sad to say, isa lang ang nagustuhan ko sa sinerve...
[textspeak!] bacon na may dates sa loob. Dahil bacon is tasty naman by itself hehe. i didnt like the nacho with salmon on top, the bread that you have to dip into garlic dip, and the soup with nachos on top..sorry hindi ko maalala tlaga ang names
in short, only 1 out of 4 served lang ang type namin.
Sa dessert.. gusto ni h2b yung red strawberry and yung mukang casava cake?? Heheeh. Ako gusto ko lang yung nasa jar na may caramel on top.

I think it really depends on your taste talaga if you will like the food or not, kasi iba2 ang cuisine ni kbyc.. pansin ko lang. May Japanese, Mexican, Chinese, American and so on. Pag puro Filipino food or American ang iseserve ng caterer, more likely masarapan ka tlaga sa lahat ng food nila.
