Hello fellow b2b's! We had an initial food tasting with a caterer last week but medyo di ko type. Super simple lang ng wedding ko but i want the food to be superb para kahit papaano dun nalang babawi. And mukhang no- fail naman ang KbyCbased on the reviews. Kahit magsplurge na ako for food talaga. Palagay nyo puno na sila for December 2014 events? December 30, 2014 bride kasi ako and I think I have no time para mamili pa ng caterers. Hay. I'll call them tom. Hope by some sort of miracle meron slot haha!

Hi Girls, So far ok naman yung experience ko kay K by C. I called them para magpasched ng food tasting, wala pang one week na sched na nila kami, my AE is very accommodating also, mabilis sumagot sa emails and text, she will alson inform you if she is on leave para hindi ka nagwo2rry about sa mga emails mo.  About sa food lahat ng main dishes masarap. Then for this year ang last schedule nila is Nov. Kase busy na daw sila ng Dec. madami sila booking. Then next year na ulit.  So far eto yung mga hindi like na food.

What I don't like:

Soup-Roasted corn Taste like beef broth cubes
Salad:Insalata caprese, orange, walnuts, strawberry vinaigrette (with romaine or with arugula)

What I like;

Roasted rosemary chicken with stuffing, broccoli and cashew salad-Super sarao natutunaw sa bibig ang meat.

Mini pizza with prosciutto and arugula-
 

Cheese and roasted pepper quesadilla

yung sa Fish i forgot but its with parang al capone on top.

Then after that the AE will ask you about your themes and other details. If wala pa kayo finalize na motif, you can send it on email.

Sana naman sagutin nung AE yung tawag at text ko. Kahapon pa kasi ako tumatawag. Pero di sinasgot yun pala day off nya. Nalaman ko lang nung tumawag ako sa office nila. I tried ti cancel the booked event but the one that took my call, wants me to talk to the AE.

I tried calling her again this morning. Sabi nya she will text me after her meeting this morning. Gabi na ngayon, di pa sya nag rereply. Nag text na ako ulit kaninang hapon to follow up di naman nag reply. Sana naman sa email ko mag reply na sya. Kasi gusto na naming lahat mag move on and forget about the supposed wedding.

Part ng customer service yung pag reply at pagsagot ng tawag ng customer. Hindi man matuloy yung event ay possibleng maging client pa din nila kami sa future events.

I am not the one getting married. But the bride asked me to cancel the reservations with the caterer, reception venue and church.

Sayang masarap yung food nila but the couple is not getting married anymore. Nag book na sila and wants to cancel everything. Bahala sila, kung di macancel yung event agad. Ang dami pa naman gustong ikasal at magbook ng services nila.

sad talaga di ko nakuha ang KbyC sila talaga top choice ko sana kaso di umabot budget. after we had our foodtasting with them before, sinend nila proposal and medyo andami add on na fees kaya give up na lang muna. when i asked them din sa styling na gusto ko may upgrade fees din kaya ayun let it go ang peg ko mala-queen elsa lang sa frozen.

Sis mikaidg5 dapat hindi ka naman mag avail ng upgrade, since magaling talaga si K sa styling they will allow you naman to borrow like frames etc. or anything that you need, like us mag set-up kami ng candy buffet on wedding, they will provide for tha jars. ako so far walang upgrade and hindi rin super mahal yung kinuha kong package since super sarao ng food nila. For the set up they will allow you to send our pegs para may idea sila.

Hi, ladies! We've settled na with K by C.  They were referred to us by an AE of a prospective venue before (na we didn't end up getting hehe) kasi she gathered na we're very particular with the styling. Ayun, scheduled our initial FT with them a few weeks after and was impressed. We liked how their food's not so typical para the guests can experience something new. Plus their Greenmeadows office/Kaye's home is beautiful. Made an impression on us kagad kasi the other FTs we had were in the caterer's offices din which looked like your standard flourescent lamp-lighted, cubicle-divided buildings. 

We were offered a Filipino menu since that's our theme, pero we're not getting all the dishes. We didn't like their salad with chicharon and pomelo bits e. But the paella soup was super yummy, too bad getting it is under an upgrade na.  The desserts were good too, especially their queso de bola cheesecake which I finished in a few seconds (kadiri takaw) pero we're not getting their desserts kasi we'll have our Filipino delicacy dessert bar. They will handle serving it pa rin though.

Nina's handling our account, so far so good naman, bubbly and accommodating. Will make sure to tell her about the not-so-good reviews para at least she knows na we're hands-on and watching her hehe.

According to our coordinator, ang negative feedback lagi kay KbyC is yung bagal nila mag respond, due to the overwhelming number of inquiries/clients combined with limited number of AEs.

We ended up requesting for a different AE coz the initial AE "kat" took ages to reply eh ako pa naman yung tipo ng bride na pag nagtanong ako ngayon dapat agad-agad may reply. Kung hindi lang dahil sa food and styling ni KbyC di namin sila pagttyagaan.
