Thanks for your input sis j.adore! silly of me to ask that q on this thread.  but just like you, you also considered pc. as you've said, you inquired on them before. good to know that pc do 1 event per day only. does kbyc do that too? they are both accredited and recommended at our chosen reception venue. I think that's the only risk when choosing kbyc, you really have to wait.

Hi sis yummieyomi, based from what I've read, 3-4 events ata sila pero they have other AEs naman kasi per event.  KbyC is one of my non-negotiable suppliers as well.  Good thing accredited sila sa Fernbrook.

Review lang nung friend ko na caterer is KbyC din last Feb. Sabihan daw yung waiters na huwag ibalik agad yung tray during cocktails kapag may food pa. Kasi daw parang minamadali nila to the point na hindi pa ubos yung food binabalik na agad sa loob to refill. Dapat daw may bantay.

I think, you'll be in good hands either with PC and KbyC. They're both really great on what they do. We inquired last year and did a lot of heavy research on both of them. We ended up with KbyC because of they're value to your money. Both are NOT on the cheap side of catering business but both delivers well. You'll just get a lot more with KbyC. In a short sense, you'll save somehow and somewhere with them and still get a quality food and service. We booked them last year even without until now any food tasting. Sounds stupid but we know that thet take they're credibility seriously

ako rin, KbyC ang non-nego ko. akala ko nga nung una, di na namin sila makukuha e. pero for some reason, kinailangan namin magpalit ng church,reception venue at date ng kasal. swerte kami na available sila nung nailipat na yung date ng wedding ko.

Just had our food tasting last weekend. Akala ko may mini set up na pag initial food tasting sa final food tasting pa pala. And ang dami ng serving nila, too much for 2 pax.

plan din naming magbayad during the bridal fair kahit booked na kami para dun sa free additional dessert.

Hi sis stupidgal   KbyC will be joining 2 bridal fairs this June.  7-8 June at the Rockwell tent kaso may bayad yung ticket.  According to Brides and Beyond, 100 pesos per ticket daw.  Then 28-29 June naman, sa SMX Convention Center.  I'm not sure though kung free admission sa SMX.

You're welcome sis stupidgal.  Kame din yun ang habol namin kaya sa bridal fair namin sila bobook.  Pero baka sa June 7 na.  Sis, can you share pala if you don't mind kung ano mga nagustuhan mo sa food tasting?  We might have our food tasting kapag umuwi kame ni h2b ng November

Yes sis bettebette kasama sila sa SMX pero since OA ako sa pagiging sigurista, so baka pa-book na lang namin sila sa June 7   hehe!

sis rienny25, nagustuhan namin yung mini egg benedict, baked tomato and creamy pesto penne, seared tuna salpicao, roasted rosemary chicken and queso de bola cheesecake.

Yung iba mejo so-so lang.

But we didn't like hoisin crackling pork wrap(may iba kasi na as in taba lang ng pork ang nasa loob and I don't eat taba), watermelon & feta salad and lime curd pie.
