The lowest rate given to us was P990/head + 10% service charge + 12% VAT for a minimum of 150 pax, + P15,000 out-of-town fee (Tagaytay) + P10,000 ingress fee (Ville Sommet).

Mga sis, just wanna ask those who had KbyC for their caterer, how true is it na they will be needing 6hours for ingress at the venue? We are considering them for our wedding but i'm worried of the extra charges like additional hours of ingress. Please advise.. TIA!

^ Yes sis they do need a lot of time for ingress. They included the early set-up fee for Ville Sommet in our quotation. Okay lang jun, at least we can be sure they're meticulous with their set-up.

sis happyheartheart is the 990/head for 2015 Ville Sommet rate na yan? Ville Sommet ka din?  Question ko nga rin yung 10,000 ingress fee kasi nabasa ko sa package ng kbyc they need 6 hours ingress time, yun din naman allowed ng Ville Sommet, if more than 6 hours then may additional fee na.

^Sis akesanchez, yes 2015 Ville Sommet, yan yung sinend sakin ni Rann. Kaya daw nagaask sila for extra hours ingress kasi masyado daw malayo yung walk sa Ville Sommet from the parking lot to the Glass House. Well, oo nga naman, kasi kahit kami nung nag-ocular natagalan. Hehe. Kaya daw pag Ville Sommet nagrerequire na talaga sila na bayaran yung extra time.

Isa pa palang question, meron ba sa inyong nakapagpawaive or discount ng 12% VAT? Parang sa previous thread/messages kasi namention yata ito.

^sis! siguro i have to tell our AE to send the rates na. I booked them kasi nung bridal fair last weekend and hindi pa daw ready yung 2015 rates nila for Ville Sommet. Oo nga naman, kami din nung nag-ocular napagod kakalakad, paano pa kaya sila na ang daming dadalhing tables and chairs. hahaha. 

pwede pala na ipa-waive yung 12%VAT? malaking tulong din yun ha!

^May nakita din akong pwede nga daw ipa-waive as long as hindi ka hihingi ng official receipt. hindi pa din ako nakakapag-initial food tasting, matagal pa naman ang wedding so plan namin mga late this year na then final FT few months before wedding. Hintayin ko nalang din ang uwi ni h2b para makasama siya. How about you? When ka mag-initial FT?

^Wala parin, sobrang busy rin kasi namin and yung staff naman ng K. by Cunanan, busy rin at this time since peak season. Earliest na daw is February. Okay lang naman. I wish we could schedule it on a weekend though, or a weeknight. Ang alam ko kasi lunch time lang ng Tuesday to Thursday pwede. Kailangan pa umalis from work.

i honestly don't know if i should take that as a good sign of bad sign. good sign na it means they're that good. bad sign because that's basic customer service - to respond to your customers.

^Do you have the mobile number of an AE? I can PM you my AE's number if you want.

I never got an answer from them via FB or email. What I did was call their land line, requested for an FT, then they assigned an AE to me, and I got her mobile.

All communication from then was via my AE's direct email and number.

So far yes
Meron din delay (sample was I sent her email Thursday and she responded Monday). I don't mind since matagal pa wedding namin and info I request so far I don't need urgently naman. Previous KbyC brides said na wala na delays near wedding date.

I'll PM you her mobile number.

But if you're the type who always wants immediate response from suppliers, I don't think KbyC will please you
