I wanted to get K By Cunanan for our wedding but it's hard to reach out to them. It takes them a long time to reply and when they do, it's so obvious they didn't even read my email. I asked for a set menu and they responded with a buffet menu.

My h2b also called them and only got a reply days later. And again, he was sent the buffet menu instead of the set menu he asked.

Of course, they may be busy, but that's not an excuse if you're running a business. They should hire somebody to answer and accommodate potential customers.

They don't respond to FB messages and quite a while din (days or a week) via email. It's also not a great experience to go to their booth in fairs.

What I did was call their land line, scheduled for an FT, and requested for a mobile number as well, which was the number of the AE assigned to me.

I also contacted them thru facebook last night. Gustong gusto ko mga stylings nila sa mga pictures sa facebook nila and hopefully mabook namin sila agad and wala pang nakabook sa date ng kasal ko. Fingers crossed.

^^ Add ko lang din- from what I know they only hold office and FTs Tuesdays- Thursdays. So mas madali sila ma-contact on those days

share ko lang experience ko with k by cunanan. para hindi kayo mawalan ng pagasa.. hehe  first naginquire ako thru fb, unfortunately no reply sa fb. After mga two days of waiting. i sent an email and called their office at the same time. Medyo nawalan nako ng pagasa nun, kasi medyo matagal nga yung initial reply nila. pero i waited pa din kasi gusto ko talaga sila. after I got a reply from our AE ms. jam (na super love namin ni h2b), sobrang bilis na ng communication ko with them. same week nakapagpabook kami ng FT then nung weekend after nun, nagpabook na kami during the wedding fair. ngayon super happy naman ako sa service ng k by cunanan, di ko alam kung talagang swerte lang ako sa AE. pero konting tanong ko, after ilang hours (minsan nga minutes lang) may reply na. pinakamatagal na siguro yung kinabukasan na reply. plus factor pa na masarap din talaga ang food nila.. hehe

Buti na lang sinabi nyo, wala pa rin silang reply sa pm ko sa facebook, I don't wanna wait for weeks yaiks! I already emailed them na, thanks mga sis. Mukhang ok na ok nga mga food nila especially the stylings. By the way, whats the meaning of "AE"? I don't know some of the wedding terms kasi dito sa GT

We booked KbyC din kahit d pa kami nakapag ft because i know okay talaga ang food nila plus styling.
Oct 2014 pa naman wedding so next year na lang kami mag initial ft para di masyado malayo sa final ft date.
Sissies, i'm gonna ask your favorite dishes pag malapit na ft namin baka may bago kayp favorites aside sa mga nabasa ko dito sa thread.

^Kung ako lang, no need for FT din kasi naka-attend na ako ng wedding na sila caterer But I had to convince Fiance kung bakit kailangan na KbyC ang caterer so gora kami!

Sissies, ano package kinuha niyo sa kanila? D kasi ako makapili if i'll get package 1 or 2. Difference would be 1 additional main dish and 3 layered cake (edible bottom layer) for package 2.
Okay na ba ang package 1 with 4 main dishes then mag ibang supplier na lang for the cake?

^ kami sis we're going for package one pero magupgrade kami ng ibang dishes like prawns etc.  We were considering package 2 at first but we realized na 1) may lechon kami 2) ayaw namin ng pasta so papapalitan na lang namin yun. We'll just get our cake separately 

yun din kasi suggestion ng AE namin samin, start with package 1 na lang muna and then add upgrades if ever mas mura padin kasi siya lalabas if we're not getting our cake through them.

package one din kami. upgrade na lang ng carving station, thinking of upgrading to shrimp din kasi super sarap. (kaso worried si h2b dahil madaming may allergies sa shrimp sa guests namin) outsourced na lang ang cake namin.
