tama si sis j_in_tokyo sa shinjuku na lang siguro kayo first day lahat ng stores naman andun na halos.
currently snowing. hindi kakayanin ng light jacket.

Sis nag snow pa today? Oh my! Boyfie and I are flying out Sunday next week. Do you think possible pa na nag-s-snow? I was checking Accuweather and sabi ko na nga ba best to get info from someone who's actually there... Nako bibili na ako ng extra thermal tomorrow!!

Glad i stumbled upin this thread.  Bought tokyo tix from cebupac last month for 13.6k for hubby and me.  Round trip na yun!!! Sobrang happy ko.  5d 4n lang kami. Haven't finished backreading.  Im planning to book our accommodation via airbnb.  Try ko lang . I was told marami daw 2nd hand branded bags all

OMG! yes sis! Japan is heaven para sa mga mahilig sa mga branded items..hahaha..
famous sa mga 2nd hand branded items ang DAIKOKUYA..all over Japan ang mga branches nila.
Meron malaking branch sa Shinjuku..malapit lang sa Don Quijote..Before tumawid papunta dun.
Yung mga 2nd hand nila parang good as new pa din and take note sobrang mura.

Yung mga Japanese kasi mahilig sa bago..so pagkatapos nila gamitin yung luma nila bag, ibebenta nila sa mga 2nd hand store..

sis! puro trabaho hahaha hindi pa ako masyadong nakakapamasyal.. shibuya and shinjuku yes kasi may mga clients haha tomorrow, ueno kasi client meeting din.. don quixote and mitsumoto kiyoshi yes din kasi malapit lang sa place namin.. yung tokyo tower tanaw namin from roppongi, pwede na hahaha disneyland for my birthday next week mukhang postponed kasi work pa rin.. pambihira, need kong bumalik dito haha sis, san ba maraming bilihan ng baby clothes dito?

Maganda naman pala yung pinagstayan hehe
Sis marami din baby clothes sa UNIQLO..
Try mo rin sa GAP, magaganda baby clothes dun kaya lang baka puro panlamig pa..

out of nowhere yung snow nung friday wala man lang pasabi kahit sa weather report na uulan. haha
start na ng pollen allergy season sana matapos na winter..

anyways sa 2nd hand shops minsan yung book off stores may mga bag at relo na tinda din. try niyo pumunta ueno, kawasaki at machida dun maraming 2nd hand shops.

ano ba mga must eat na street food sa Japan?

^sis walang street food per se dito tulad satin. unless makatapat ka ng festival or mga stalls outside like yakisoba, takoyaki, choco banana, mga ganun. pero kung iikot ka sa tokyo, harajuku is famous for their crepes. at sigura kapag pumunta ka sa downtown (shitamachi ex asakusa) yuing traditional sweets and snacks meron.

^ sis, meron kameng lugar na napuntahan sa tokyo, yung may temple at merong mga bilihan ng souvenirs, may nakain kame na parang mga tuhog tuhog na chicken basta parang bbq saatin

if you want street food like i said in my earlier post go to asakusa or other shitamachi areas kasi considered as old Tokyo yung places na un.

hindi kasi sya katulad ng korea na may mga street food..
usually street food dito mga oden..na mabibili naman sa convenience store..
or yakitori(ihaw) na mabibili naman sa mga stall.
Pag may matsuri or festival, ayun dn marami mabibili sa tabi tabi..hehe

visited Odaiba earlier today.. very nice place to hang-out and take pics.. wala nga lang akong nabili sa outlet stores nila.. wala lang siguro sa mood magshop for myself, puro Disney stuff for my sons, ang mura!
