mga sis, san ba pwedeng bumili/pareserve ng tickets for Ghilbi Museum? may nakapagtry na ba?

^nakapunta na kuya ni bf sa ghibli museum, binili ang ticket in advance sa loppi machines sa japan thru an agent, 1-2 month nabili yung ticket then pinadala nalang sa hotel na titirahan niya sa japan.

try bridge-japan gagamit kami ng service nila sa fujiko museum, same process din, 600yen ang fee ng agent.

Hi mga Sis,

We'll be in Tokyo April 7-11 and we'll be staying at Hotel Sunroute Plaza. I hope kid-friendly naman ang hotel, we booked via asiatravel lang and yun na kasi ang cheapest na malapit daw sa Shinjuku Station. so hopefully ok naman yun hotel.

Any suggestions sa itinerary? must do namin ang Disneysea/Disneyland for our lil girl. Sana din may abutan pa kaming Cherry Blossoms..

^ sis, search for Global Advanced Communication - sa kanila kami nag-rent ng pocket wifi when we went to Japan. And meron din sila phone and sim na for rent. Madami sila options. Check their website na lang.

Pero need ko talagang umorder online tama? Wala yung pwedeng irent agad sa airport?

^ yeah, we booked and paid online for the pocket wifi. Then we picked up the unit sa post office sa airport upon arrival. Pagbalik, very convenient din, me return envelope na then dinaan lang namin sa post office after namin mag check-in for our flight. Di ko maalala kung meron rental sa airport mismo.

Hello mga sis magkano kaya magagastos pag nag osaka and tokyo kami? Max siguro 7 days. Hindi kasi kami makadecide kung san honeymoon eh para makapagbook na din kami ng plane ng maaga hehe thanks

^sis, depends on what places/attractions you want to go...and where will you stay...kung budget..I thiink 30k/person..but since its honeymoon you might want to splurge others have a budget of 100k pesos..or more than for two persons

^sis we want lang kasi USS and disneyland then foodtrip hindi sa fancy basta sa best ramen and maki ng japan. You think kaya ng 30k kasama na accomodation?

^hmm..don't know kasi kung how much ang peice range ng hotel for both osaka and tokyo..yung 30k budget namin per person..we'll be going this march,osaka-kyoto-tokyo...budget traveller lang..lol
But we'rr not going to USS...disneysea lang...we'll be staying at hostel..price range 1200+/person
Nagplot pa lang ako ng expenses...just to be sure..bring extra cash or credit card
By the way..yung 30k kasama na don yung flight and travel tax..nakakuha lang ng promo..

For foid..depende na lang sa kung anong trip namin
I  was there last 2012, 30k din budget ko..mas mahal pa plane ticket ko non..yun nga lang hindi ako nakapunta sa disneysea..more on photo ops ng tourist spots..haha

^uy sis hostel lang ok na kami. 5 to 7 days sis masulit lang namin japan una kasing plan namin is tokyo kaso nung nabasa ko dito na kaya ang osaka tokyo sabi ko sulitin na namin para babalik nalang kami pag may anak na kami.

Ok ba hostels sa japan? Solo room naman? Pano pala makakapunta from osaka to tokyo?

^yup sis, maayos yung room nila don basta ok ang reviews, I can share you my iti..pm na lang kita later

osaka to tokyo..may shinkansen which is I think mga 3hrs lang ata ang travel time...may bus din, which is 8-9hrs ata..natry ko pa lang overnight bus e, haha..tipid lang

you can read JR Pass, pero be sure na sulitin nyo yun, sayang e...

isingit mo na din ang nara and kyoto, baka kaya naman one hour lang naman siya sa osaka, pero siyempre, depende din sa places na gusto nyong puntahan kung kaya pa, hehe...magulo ba ako

Mga sis, okay na ba ang suica card to roam around tokyo?
Mahirap bang intindihan mrt system nila?
May mga apps ba na pwedeng idownload sa iphone?

^ we used a Suica card when we went to Japan last year. It's just a prepaid transpo card na pwede gamitin sa public buses and trains around Japan. Easy to use, easy to load using the machines found in any train station. Note na if you'll take the Disney shuttle buses, hindi pwede ang Suica. Pero pwede sya if you'll just use the train. We actually kept the card na me konti pang laman, for future use. Sana makabalik soon. If nag-expire man (I forgot kung ilang years before mag-expire), e di souvenir na lang namin ang card. Hehe..

Ok naman ang train system nila. We found it easy to navigate kahit madami platforms on some stations. Me mga nakapaskil naman na time and platform kung saan ang train. Then sa side ng train, me nakalagay din na route direction. I mostly just relied on Google maps and Hyperdia for our public transpo options. Both naman me lumalahas na estimated fare, time and directions. I just preferred Google maps kasi kasama ang buses. Sa Hyperdia, if I recall correctly, mainly train lang.

^ ay, masyadong madali ang train system ng SG. Even HK, simple. Mas complicated ang sa Japan but it was manageable. For major stations kasi, as in ang daming platforms. But if you just read the signs around the station, then madali na lang. Similar to Paris train system din siguro, malinis lang ang Japan. I just downloaded a photo of Tokyo's train system as my guide when commuting by train. And we rented a pocket wifi so it was easier to go around and find our transpo options, whether by bus or by train.

10years pa naman ata bago maexpire yung suica card yun na nga lang din bibilhin namin..
feeling ko nga din mas madali sg.. goodluck sa amin hahaha
