Hi! The previous tokyo thread had already reached 31 pages so let's just continue our discussion here. 
Direct flights to tokyo are expensive pala. Any feedback on delta, all nippon air and japan airlines?
Ok ba itong tentative itinerary namin? :
Day 1: arrive in narita airport at 2:40pm. Take the airport limousine to tokyo disneyland hotel. Check in then have character dinner buffet at chef mickey in disney ambassador hotel.
Day 2: 9am to 9pm disneyland.
Day 3: 9am to 9pm disney sea.
Dah 4: check out from hotel at 11am. 11am to 6pm disney sea. Take a cab to dai-ichi hotel tokyo in ginza. Have dinner at a nearby resto.
Day 5: 10am tokyo tower. How to get there from shimbashi station? Shopping in omotesando (oriental bazaar), shibuya (shibuya 109 and seiya) and hachiko, harajuku, ginza. Question: saan ok magshop sa ginza, omotesando and shibuya for  uniqlo, forever21, muji and pasalubong like kitkat special flavors?
Day 6: 10am to 5pm sanrio puroland. Shinjuku.
Day 7: odaiba sana.... How to get there? What are the recommended attractions there? Kasya na ba half day?
Day 8: last minute shopping in ginza or go to the fish market? Go to narita airport at 1pm.
I hope you can help me with our iti. Hubby and I will be travelling with our 4 yr old daughter. feasible ba ito? Thanks

yes maganda rin ang Ikspiari..
may mga high end shops dun.
Sa maihama station lang sya..tabi ng disney resorts.

Day 5: 10am tokyo tower. How to get there from shimbashi station? Shopping in omotesando (oriental bazaar), shibuya (shibuya 109 and seiya) and hachiko, harajuku, ginza. Question: saan ok magshop sa ginza, omotesando and shibuya for  uniqlo, forever21, muji and pasalubong like kitkat special flavors?
--> you can just ride a cab from Shimbashi station..malayo kasi pag nilakad
lalo na mainit na ngayon..kung spring sana or autumn masarap maglakad..
it will only cost you less than 1,000 yen.
medyo malayo kasi ang nearest subway station sa tokyo tower..
daan na rin kayo imperial palace..since malapit lang naman sya sa tokyo tower

--> nasa Ginza yung flagship store ng UNIQLO, meron din dun Abercrombie, H&M.
About sa Kitkat, You can find special flavors sa Don Quijote. meron sa Shibuya nun.

Day 7: odaiba sana.... How to get there? What are the recommended attractions there? Kasya na ba half day?

--> From Shimbashi JR station, ride the Yurikamome Monorail and get-off at Odaiba station.
halfday is enough, Meron bago mall dun..Diver's city Mall..sa likod nun andun si GUNDAM :-)

If you want to try the onsen naman, go to Oedo onsen..sa may telecom center station lang ng Yurikamome..ganda rito kasi you will wear japanese yukata and para kang nasa old japanese era..

^thanks so much for all the tips sis! Well noted! Actually sis next yr pa plan namin pumunta sa tokyo. Super excited lang ako kasi my daughter loves disney and hello kitty so much! I want to calculate our expenses din as early as now para mapag ipunan. Mahal pala ng airfare to tokyo and hotel sa disneyland. Sa rough estimate ko for 8d7n out total expenses would be around 240-250k pesos. For 2 adults and 1 child. May konting shopping lang and budget ko for food and transpo namin per day is 5k pesos. I hope this would be enough. Thank you so much sis!

We booked Delta Manila-Narita nung March. Less than php60k roundtrip airfare for two pax na. Not bad. Gusto ko din kasi ang schedule ng Delta, dating dun ng hapon, alis pa-Manila ng late afternoon. We could have gotten it for a much cheaper rate if naka-confirm kami ng mas maaga. Nasa less than php50k lang sana for 2 pax na.

^sis masyadong mahal if you'll take a cab from disney sea to ginza, take the train na lang. and try to schedule your disneyland, disneysea trip on a weekday sayang araw niyo kapag weekend. usually pila ka ng 2-3 hours just for one ride kapag holiday or weekend.

kitkat special flavors?

sis, sa airport madami din nun tax free pa. hehe. sa mga shops pagkalagpas mo na ng immigration, papunta na sa mga gates. meron din kasi shops sa labas malapit sa mga check-in counter ng delta.

tokyo metropolitan govt building sa shinjuku libre akyat sa 50th (not sure sa floor ha, nakalimot ko na e. hehe). makikita mo din skyline ng tokyo doon.

^^hi sis! Thanks for the tips! We'll try to take the train sis kaso problem is yung mga luggages namin. Hehe yung disneyland and disney sea weekday talaga nMinlan pumunta from monday to wednesday. I've read in the reviews na jampacked ng daw tao dun even weekdays. Thanks sis. 
^thanks sis! Pag puro green tea makita ko sa supermarkets in tokyo, i'll just buy other kitkat flavors at the airport.

^ sis, if gusto nyo talaga taxi because of luggage, maybe you can take taxi to Narita airport. Then from there, take the airport bus/limousine na pa-Tokyo. Super-mahal taxi sa Japan, and malayo ang Disney to city..

Re Tokyo Tower, di na kami pumunta kasi di namin feel at that time. Nadaanan kasi namin one day at parang ok lang. Di kami na-wow like yung sa Eiffel..

Re Kitkat, aside from green tea na madami sa supermarket/convenience stores, we got most of other flavors sa airport na. Me mangilan-ngilan kami nakitang strawberries sa supermarket/cs. So expect ka na additional handcarry na supot na puro Kitkat, hehe.. Magaan lang, pero medyo bulky because of the boxes. Minsan pa irregular shape ang box like yung sa blueberry cheesecake flavor na nabili namin..

^true siguro nasa 20,000-30,000 yen around 8,000- 15,000pesos din kapag nag-taxi ka sis mula disney resort to ginza.

sobrang mahal kung taxi..
as far as I know may mga bus station sa tapat ng Disney Resort.
Meron ata mga bus na papuntang Tokyo or Shinjuku..
try nyo na lang yun mas makakamura kayo kaysa magtaxi..

convenient naman ang train..lahat naman ng station may elevator or escalator..

^no problem sis. mahal talaga taxi dito alam ko nasa 770yen na starting eh. tama si sis j_in_tokyo may buses nga from disney resort to shinjuku tapos mula shinjuku pede na kayo mag-taxi to ginza hindi siguro yun aabutin ng 6,000yen.

di na din kami umakyat dun. nanghihinayang ako sa entrance fee. haha. maganda naman mag-picture doon kahit sa baba lang pag gabi kapag naka-ilaw na yung tower.

^oo nga sis eh. Isip ko kahit di na kami umakyat dun. Wala din naman ata makikita dun that my daughter would enjoy. I just want to have a pic outside lang sana yung tower mismo.  Hehe. ThAnks sis!

oo sis. kaya pag last train na lahat takbuhan na. haha. tokyo tower last year pumunta ko nasa 1,800yen ata entrance fee. biased ako mas favorite ko kasi tokyo tower than sky tree.haha

Malapit na flight namin to Japan Excited na kami ni husband! Late ko na lang narealize na hindi pala pwede ang JR pass namin from Tokyo to Hiroshima dahil it will take us 8hrs. Kapag Shinkansen-Nozomi ay 4hours lang pero separate na bayad. Sayang kasi bumili na kami ng 2 JR Pass. Sana masulit namin ito.

princess lorraine, mga friends ko dito sa SG ang request na pasalubong ay Tokyo Banana. Nakatikim na ako ako and parang ok lang naman lasa. Sarap na sarap sila haha pero ako medyo ok lang. Hindi ko sya ayaw but hindi ko hahanap hanapin. You might want to consider lang kasi baka magustuhan mo like them.

JUNE 15 – Tour around Yamanote Line
Start by 6am  for the fresh sushi at Tsukiji
- Tsukiji Fish Market
- Shinjuku
- Shibuya : Museum of Yebisu Bee
- Akihabara :  Don Quijote
- Ueno (puro temples)
- Ikebukuro

June 16 : 12 noon flight back to SG

Sa itinerary na ginawa ko, would you think magagawa namin lahat iyan? Feasible ba siya? Also, ang husband ko naghahanap ng voltes V na toy. Collector's item. Saan makakabili nito? Ako happy na ako sa Uniqlo. Saan po ba ang Uniqulo na pinakamalapit sa MRT station ng Yamanote Line?
