Mas gusto ko to kesa sa jogging kasi i can do it sa garahe lang. Pinakamatagal ko ata is straight lang na 45 secs then mapapatid nako. Sabi pa mas effective daw ito kesa sa jogging and running. Nakaka chamba nako sa cross over and high knee and super frustrated matutunan yung boxer's shuffle. Meron nito sa mga elorde and landmark

Hi i bought mine sa Toby's also for less than P300.

I can do 200 jumps but at least 50 jumps/set.

This is so tiring compared to zumba. In zumba, a lot of sweat will appear around 30 - 45 mins dancing but with this one, in less than 10 mins sobrang pawis ka na at pagod.

For those who are always in a hurry, you can try this.

Girls, yung jump rope nyo ba, pumipilipit? Yung akin kasi, oo. Plastic/PVC yung material. Basta hindi yung rope talaga. Nakakairita nga e kasi natitigil ako dahil pilipit na.

fave exercise ko jump rope. i used to do 3000 jumps a day , sometimes 2000, na try ko rin mag9000 a day. now I'm on hcg diet so i can't exercise that much. so these days 2000 jumps na lang ginagawa ko and sometimes i do the 5-30 minutes jump rope work out routine sa youtube. i dont use a jumping rope. imaginary rope lang

^ pareho tayo ng naisip sis. It takes coordination kasi with jumping rope. Though i heard na jumping on a trampoline is also a cardio exercise so baka mas similar siya sa doing trampoline.

Keri lang yan sis kahit walang jump rope, madami naman ako nakakasabay sa elorde na nag jump rope isang kamay lang naka hawak tapos nasa side lang nila. 😊

I started doing this exercise too. A couple of weeks, though di ako consistent to do it on a daily basis :'(
But I'm trying to make it part of my daily routine. I used to join zumba class, pero nawala na kasi. Then I started running around our area lang for 30mins as my cardio before I do my usual abs/butt/arms/thigh toning routine. But since naguulan na, naisip ko mas ok pa mag jumping rope. And its a really good cardio exercise! mas mabilis pa ako pawisan dito kesa running. I do 30mins. Unti unti I will increase my jumps.
