Had my wedding reception at Tribecca few years back. They had inhouse caterers, unless you're getting your own, you pay for another P15k if I remember correctly. Otherwise, venue is good naman. 100-120 guests, if more, you can rent the outside patio at the pool area. Additional if guests are going to swim. Aircon is good naman din, nice din the high ceilings. I got the drapes for free coz of a previous event, they didn't want to take it down yet. Hope this helps!

Thanks sis! I inquired kaso they're not accepting reservations for 2017 daw kasi it's under renovation. East Bay na pala ang Tribeca ngayon, under the Rockwell brand na. ☺️

hi up ko lang topic na to. I'm currently sourcing for party venue in sta rosa and below are the rates I found

monochrome lower chrome (100pax) - 60k
alta veranda de tibig silong - 60k ++
Solen (open space can accommodate 400pax) - 10k
Pramana - 10-15k (with inhouse caterer)
Valenza Clubhouse - around 6-10k
Sonoma Clubhouse - Big function room with aircon and pool deck -15k (3hrs)
                                    - Security Deposit - 16k
                                    - Succeeding hr - 4k
                                    -  set up - 500/hr


I don't want to inquire the clubhouse inside Nuvali coz its expensive and sobra higpit nila.
Will choose siguro Sonoma Clubhouse. Very affordable and spacious.  =)

Hi sis, you may check out Cerritos Heights Clubhouse. It's along Daanghari, in front of SeaOil gas station. My niece had her 7th bday party there and na rent nila yung pool katabi din ng clubhouse.

Question, may nakapagcelebrate na po ba ng birthday parties sa inyo sa Fun Farm at Sta. Elena?
We are considering it for my daughter's 3rd birthday celebration this July. Magtanong rin sana ako ng recommendation for photographer within Sta.Rosa, party trays and food carts. Mas ok po if marecommend nyo mga suppliers ninyo that time for my planning. Thanks so much!
