hi guys. nag avail ako ng H&L sa GCC last Nov 2014. Bale 2 years ang downpayment. Mag sstart daw ang construction 2 months  after ng last downpayment.

sa mga may bahay na, pwede po ba makahingi ng TIPS para masigurado ko na maayos yung paggawa ng bahay ko?

Hi. I think na mukhang okay naman sa Antel based dun sa website and sa mga reviews nyo. The problem is pano yung transpo dun? May tricycle ba sa loob? Wala po kasi kaming kotse. And san mas okay Lancaster or Antel? Gusto po kasi namin yung Alexa model nila. Thank you po sa sasagot!

Same question din for me, wala din ako sasakyan eh pero work from home naman ako. Prob lang kapag naggrocery shopping. Sana may sumagot sa question natin.

Kung pinagpipilian mo ang Antel at Lancaster, tingin ko mas ok Antel kasi ang daming reklamo sa profriends. Google search mo lang "lancaster profriends complaints"

Oo nga e. Pero sabi nung agent na nakausap namin inaayos na daw. Pero ewan di ko gusto sa kanila kasi yung houses magkakamukha lahat. And ang laki masyado na lugar. Sana may shuttle service and tricycles sa antel.

Ask ko lang...after po ma sign nyo yung Construction Contract..how long it takes po maumpisahan ang house construction? sa Antel na po kami nagpagawa since mahirap maghanap ng sariling contractor.

Bale, pwede ang traysikel sa loob ng subdivision. Ipapatawag mo sila sa guard or kuha ka ng contact ng traysikel, papayagan naman sila pumasok ng subdivision basta mag iwan sila ID.

Hello po. I am new in this thread kaka search ng review sa Antel. We just had our trip last Sunday and nainlove talaga kami sa place. Have read your concerns re: titles, flood and termites sana naman po maaddress mga concerns. Our lot is in Grand Forbes kamusta po ba doon? We are really hoping and praying na kayanin ang payment haha grabe ang bilis magappreciate ng lupa sa antel, and nagkakaubusan na daw ng lots. Wise investment po ba dito mga sisses? Thanks po

Sa Grand Catalina kami, RFO yung kinuha namin, sa June ang target move in date namin. Sana may neighbors na kami na makilala:)

^Hi sis. From Grand forbes nagdowngrade kami to Grand Catalina, di carry ang monthly ni Forbes and sad to say forfeited ang unang payment namin sayang, huhu. but we proceed our lot investment with Antel in GC na. We cannot leave Antel, gusto talaga namin ang place haha.

Another alternative to Antel is Pacific Terraces Communities North.  This is in Imus area, but not along Aguinaldo Highway

Hello! Does Antel offer low downpayment for move in?
