Anybody here na nakabili na ng lot or house and lot sa Antel?  Please share naman yung experiences nyo...

Meron kaming lot sa Grand cedar crest and working to finalize the construction ng house... excited much lang...

^Hi sis! Wala pa ko masyado mashare na experience except that we are also excited to have our home constructed at AGV. Sa GCC din located ang lot namin. Hopefully construction will begin this month or next month.

Nice to know na meron gtalker na magiging neighbor ko... We are still in the costing phase kasi medyo nag pachange kami ng layout since yung house model na gusto namin hinde sya align sa lot namin, so we did some changes and hopefully mafinalize na para mastart na rin yung construction is month time.

Yung house nyo ba own design or sarili nyo yung contractor? or yung contractor din ni Antel kasi isa sa mga model house nila?

initially mga magkano rin investment dito and years to pay? ayaw ko kasi katandaan na nangungupahan pa ako eh pa25 nako wala parin investment

Hi Mga Sis! ayun ke Sis Robinemz okay naman, nakalipat na kasi sila ditto, kami kasi ayun bago maturn over yung house namin na fly muna kami pero happy naman kami sa output and hopefully Makita namin yun house sa Dec.  Initially lot lang binili namin pero after a year, we decided na magpa construct na rin sa kanila ng house. Felicity yung initial model namin pero dahil iba yung cut ng house namin, na modify yung version ng felicity tapos nagawa namin kung anong gusto namin pero syempre modify din yung cost.  Happy kami kasi okay naman yung pagkakagawa and very tahimik yung community at isa pa lumalaki yung value nya every year kaya good investment narin.  Good thing din, have a friend sa bpi family bank and she helped us to get the loan in very low rate fixed sa 5 years.  try nyo, noong malapit na sya sa finishing halos every hapon pumupunta kami and very rewarding naman yung feeling.

We also like Antel Grand Village. Especially, nag effort [textspeak!] sila na maglagay ng napakalaking drainage to prevent flooding inside the subdivision. Plus the fact that they offer lots only, with an option to build their model house, mas maganda. Malalaki ang cut ng lots so siguro kahit in the future, hindi magmumukhang overcrowded ang lugar.

^planned to buy the lot, pero may isa kasi akong lot na kinoconsider na I think very good investment for the future, nasa less than 4k/sqm as compared sa Antel na nasa 10K+/sqm, mas malayo nga lang.

^Regarding sa option mo na Pag-ibig sis, may ilang parts ng villages nila na pwede ng i-apply sa Pag-ibig. Iyong iba, bank financing pa lang ang available. PM din kita

nag tripping ako sa antel mga sis last saturday, ok naman yung lugar bago lang cya mg lacanster. konti nalang yung mga lot na ino offer na ok yung location konti pa lang rin yung mga house na nakatayo almost lahat lot muna ata binibili. gusto ko sana kaso iniicip ko byahe mula sa work.

sis, pwede raw pag ibig kaso ikaw na mismo mag fafile, unlike sa bank finance sila mag aasikaso yun ang sabi skin ng agent ng antel.

^tama iyon sis. ikaw nga mismo o iyong agent mo ang maglalakad sa Pag-ibig, that is  if pwede na sa Pag-ibig ang napili mong lot. May ibang lots kasi na pinaprocess pa lang ang individual titles so hindi pa pwede sa Pag-ibig. Isa kasi sa requirement ng Pag-ibig loan ay dapat ang lote ay may individual title na.

Hi Mga sis! Sa mga may lot and/or house&lot sa antel, nakuha niyo na ba ang title ng property niyo? I have paid mine since 2011 but up to now, di pa din narerelease yung title namen. Sa Grand Catalina yung lot namen.

Feedback naman po because I'm already thinking of filing a complaint sa Housing and Lot Authority jan sa Pinas.

hi sis cheepee, sorry to hear that. matagal-tagal pa siguro namin makukuha original title namin kasi nasa bank pa. nag housing loan kasi kami sa bank. ano ba sabi ng admin ng antel sayo? bakit daw wala pa rin sila maibigay? baka may kulang lang na requirements from you? wala pa naman akong naririnig or naeexperience na bad feedback from them. so far, mabilis naman nila na-aaddress requests namin.

^ that is weird.. may CTC ka ba ng title ng lot niyo? Why not drop by the Registry of Deeds and check if there are issues with your title? nako ang stressful naman kung may issue.. or ask Antel ano ang nagpapatagal ng process bat hindi pa ready?

Hi Sis cheepee, if Grand Catalina yun, baka isa yung lot mo sa nasunog na title before sa registry of deeds.  We got a lot before sa Catalina at noong gusto na namin syang patayuan ng house hinde namin pwede apply sa bank kasi yung title ng portion ng catalina eh nasunog kaya ang option is transfer to another lot which we did, sa cedar crest na kami same village nina sis robinemz.
