@jake, its not petiks all the time. depende siya sa klase ng back office. meron padin nagcalls and meron din emails and order processing. the only advantage is wala ka kausap na irate customers kasi from other dept ang mga kausap mo

pwedeng bang dating nagwo-work sa call center? was in the call center industry from q4 2006 - q2 2011. i started out as an agent then transferred to support nung feb 2008. left the call center industry and shifted to it last 2011, still nightshift though since nasa states ang counterparts ko.
