Functional Fitness: Training the Way You Want to Move
« on: May 05, 2013, 05:21:57 pm »

Hi everyone! I am a member at USPC Sports Performance Centre in pasig. I like their training concept and there's thought behind the workout. Its not just having to sweat and pushing you to your limits. My inspiration to start this thread is actually from my experiences and the results I have been seeing from people around me.

Initially, let me share this short clip about their Mobility class, they have 4 diff group classes: Mobility, Kettlebells, Strength, and Conditioning. Mobility is the most basic and highly advised for new members regardless of their level of fitness. This looks easy but very challenging! It's literally you versus your own body (movement limitations & deficiencies). In this class you will definitely know if they exist, because that is the focus of this workout, to make you aware of it, and do the necessary drills to get them out of the way :)

Here's the clip and I will be posting more moving forward. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FuHUHr6RZ4I

A great week ahead everyone! :)
