Hi sis! As far as I know you cannot rent a condo in Pico unless you know someone from there. I think typical condos there range from 4k up

yeah sis my friend told me na meron daw mga ads sa sulit/ olx for rent.. kaya medyo may regret sila na bumili sila unit sa pico tsktsk.. Anyhow have fun sis!

hi just came from Pico.. we rented a studio-condo for an overnight stay at P5K

mukhang may pag asa na ang naudlot kong pag punta dito.  may ibu-book kame ng 2BR for 10K 1N lang kame mag stay and 8-10pax kame ng friends ko.  Kaso yung nga mag additional pa daw na P1200/head ata para sa amenities.  Kasama na din ba sa P1,200 ang beach access?
Will bring our own food na lang kasi for sure mas masarap pang kumain ng sariling dala kesa kumain inside.  Pero gusto i-try pa din ng iba kong friends to dine inside.  by dinner na lang siguro pag pagoda na lahat

sis, agree with bringing your own food.  IMO, hindi masarap food nila both sa resto by the beach and the country club pool.  We haven't tried the resto at pico sands hotel though...  yes, kasama sa 1,200 ang beach access.  they charge 75 pesos for beach towel though.  what we did 2 weeks ago when we went again is we used the same beach towel during our whole stay (2 nights) but we also brought our own bath towels.  stayed in a 2br apartment too.

i still enjoy pico de loro both the beach and the pool.  we don't swim lang sa beach, puro tambay with my kids lang

^thanks sis sa update.  Dala na din kasi ako to dine sa mga ganito kalalaking resort, konti lang reviews na nababasa ko about their food.  Saka bonding na din yung cooking session if ever.
Madami naman pwede dalhin na madaling lutuin. Excited na!

Went to Pico De Loro last weekend with my family and friends.  Bale 6 adults and 1 toddler kami.  We rented a 1 BR unit in one of their condos.  Mabait yung nagpa rent sa amin ng unit kasi sinama na nya sa price yung pool and beach access.  Bale both beach club and country club e may access kami for the entire stay which is 3D/2N.  Yung unit naman e complete ang appliances so di kami namroblema sa pagluluto.

Maganda for us sa Pico De Loro.  Super nag enjoy kami.  Maganda yung pool nila.  Warm ang water kaya yung anak ko until 8PM sa pool.  Mas ok ang pool sa Country Club so ok lang kung wala access sa Beach Club.  Yung beach e ok rin naman.  Malinis tapos may konting fish sa mababaw.  Medyo pino ang sand pero di white sand. 

Hindi beach front yung condo units at pico sands hotel pero maraming shuttle so di naman problema yung pagpunta mo from one place to another.

Mas ok talaga kung mag rent na lang ng unit kasi kami 3k lang nagastos each for 3D/2N including food.

^PM sent sis! oo mas marami mas makakamura. yung rate nya nga for 2 BR na pang 10 pax e pag ni compute mo parang less than 2k lang each.  yup, kausapin mo na lang sya. mabait naman yun. goodluck sis!

^sis 1 br kinuha nyo db? Dun sa mismong unit niyo ilan ang beds? Kung sa country club lang kami no need to pay 1000? Malayo ba yung parking dun sa building na tinuluyan nyo?

^yup, 1 BR lang kinuha namin.  Check mo yung Jacana 204, yun yung ni rent namin.  2 queen bed  tapos may 3 extra mattresses pa sya. 

yung rate na binigay smen all in na. rent ng unit + beach/pool access na sa country club at beach club.  hindi na kami nagbayad ng kahit ano pagdating dun except if gusto nyo mag avail ng cash card for food and other amenities like billiards, bowling, play area for kids, music room, etc.  ang pagkakasabi kasi smen e hindi sila tumatanggap ng cash. pwede credit card or cash card (reloadable card na consumable naman).

yung parking sa mismong baba ng building.  lahat ng condo dun may parking space sa baba.

^yey, thank you sis baka yun din mismo kunin namin, so 2nd floor lang siya, may view ba? Eh elevator? Para lang pag akyat/baba ng mga gamit. My son is 3 years old din? Clean naman ang beddings etc? Kasama ko kasi MIL eh para wala masabi. Hehe. Kung ako lang kahit sa tent carry na hahaha.

^ yung view nya e hindi yung lagoon, yung mga trees ang makikita mo saka yung road na dinadaanan ng mga shuttle at sasakyan. Yup 2nd floor sya tapos may elevator din. Malinis naman beddings nagdala rin kami extra blanket.

^ medyo mahal sis talaga ang food sa Pico.  yung restaaurant na nakita namin is nasa P800++ yata yung buffet rate nila.  Yun lang kasi nakita namin restaurant doon...

anyways, may recommended po ba kayo contact renting out their unit?  yung fully furnished na unit na sana and affordable for 10pax.  Thank you so much!!!

try nyo check sa olx, may nagpaparent na unit owner doon. Nakapag rent kami last year 3days, 2nights for 5pax umabot ng 8k exclusive of guests fee.
