mga sis, how's the weather ngayong sa SG?

haze haze haze everywhere!!  nakaka-inis na. me and my daughter were supposed to go out today pero sa bahay na lang. eto nakakulong at sarado ang pinto at bintana para hindi pumasok ang usok.  yesterday it was cloudy and hazy.  today it's sunny and hazy.  sana nga umulan na at nang mag-clear up ang hangin...

^Because of forest fires in Sumatra.  Kaya buong singapore kahapon madilim.  Marami rin ang inatake ng asthma dito ngayon.

^Agree on picture taking. We were at Marina Bay Sands kahapon. We brought our college friends out. Picture picture kami. Pero kahit anong adjustment, hindi maganda ang view ng Fullerton area sa background namin hahaha

Not only the forest fires caused the haze this year but also the hot spots in other countries like Myanmar, Laos Amoy usok everywhere! Kids are strongly discouraged to stay outside since the haze started lalo na ngayon that the air is above 100PSI which is in the unhealthy range already...

May babalikan akong prada sa marina bay waa :-D at dun na sa next visit ako magtourist attractions talaga, shopping lang inatupag ko eh hehe

Mali rin pala ginawa ko, i shopped for 2days, binalikan ko lang yung mga stores, halos lagpas lagpas dapat ako para sa refund, eh dapat pala within the day yung 100 dollars.. Sayang

Next time sisguraduhin ko na 100-200-300 lang.. Hindi pwede bitin, sayang yung refund grr

berrycherry, super sulit sa kids sis. For adults, for experience lang pero it's not some place na willing ka bumalik. Isang ride lang yung meron sila na for adults kasi. And maliit lang yung area. Pero parang nag eexpand pa ata sila. So hopefully in 2-3yrs mas ok na siya.

anyway, i have plans to travel abroad this march 2014 (birthday treat ko sa sarili ko!) and hopefully HK or SG. i'm just wondering, need pa ba ng visa? >___< or passport lang? waaa. dito kasi sa office, yung business trip namin to korea, need ng visa eh. and nadedelay dahil sa visa. baka lang kasi bigla ako magbook ng ticket online then mahassle ako since wala pa akong visa. >_<

^ Philippine passport dont need visa when going to SEA countries (like SG, Malaysia, Thailand).  sa HK no need din tayo ng visa.  kailangan lang at least 6months valid pa yung passport mo to travel to these countries.

FYI SG travellers, pollution index is now at 170+.  super duper smoky na ang paligid.  kahit pa dito sa east na supposedly pinakamababa ang pollution.
so far hindi pa nagca-cancel ng flights ang Changi airport.  pero keep yourselves informed na din.  kung patuloy pa din ang haze, baka mag-cancel na sila ng flights soon because of poor visibility.

Even here sa city sobrang hazy.  Mashadong makapal ang usok, hndi ko na makita Marina bay sands sa bintana ko because of the smoke.  So malamang, walang magaappear sa mga pictures nyo if you try to take pix.

berrycherry, hindi ko pa natry sa Hello Kitty land kasi baby boy meron ako hahaha But yeah. If your son's a lego lover, super mag eenjoy siya for sure! My son did! Kaya twice kami nagpunta last year. Hindi siya maka get over haha

re Legoland: if your kids like lego, kahit pa mga tweens na sila, they will still enjoy lego.  if they like them park rides, mag-e-enjoy din sila sa legoland.  my daughter was 6yo when we went to legoland. she's not a big fan of lego.  pero nag-enjoy sya sa place kasi mahilig sya sa rides (buti na lang coz mom&dad loves theme parks).  perfect na for her kasi halos lahat ng rides nasakyan na nya.  kasi kahit 6yo lang sya, she's on the tall side.  yung nga lang ang init sobra!  wala silang masyadong puno at rest areas na shaded.  so ready your sunblocks, hats and water pag andun kayo.

re Hello Kitty Town & Little Big Club:  nakapunta na din kami dito.  as an adult, i dont like it. sobrang pambata.  im a HK lover pero the HK Town was so bleh for me.  pero sa anak ko, ok naman sya.   pero mas nag-enjoy sya sa Little Big Club because of the rides.  sa HK town, sight seeing at activities at shows lang.  she only wants to go back here because she was not able to buy the HK toy.  pero di na kami babalik. makikipabili na lang ako sa pupunta.  once is enough na dito.  at saka nga pala, sobrang pang-small kids lang ito.  big kids will definitely get bored.
