You have to dig deep jung ano ang outlook nya sa buhay. You have to change his paradigm. I don't know howd you say he is lazy... Subjective eh. Siguro contented lang sya sa kung ano meron sya ngayon? Not much but enough? Hindi sya madiskarte kasi he doesnt want to take risk kasi nga contented na sya.

sa trabaho maabilidad. hindi namimili. nag take ng chance apply lang ng apply. when a good opportunity knocks, he grabs it right away. saan ko mapapakinggan yan TomHansen?
