We might still keep in touch with the other girls or just keep them as FB friends but the main focus will be on that one girl. If things work out well, then stay. If not, the backup girls are still there.

^what if yung guy ang nakipag break or ang reason ng breakup? Bakit they still get in touch? Kasi nag checheck kung available pa yung girl? Kasi nakikita nya may pumopormang iba? Kasi nagtataka sya bakit parang masaya na/naka get over na yung girl? Paasa parin na pwedeng magbalikan para kapag failed sa bagong pinopormahan pwede ulit balikan? O si ex eh naging back up na din?
