How do you girls deal with downtime after chemical peeling??

Haha, super kating kati na ko magpa-TCA ulit, kaso super dami kong pimples and I'm sure magmumukha akong zombie after pricking and peeling. Eh araw-araw may pasok ako so medyo dyahe naman magpakita sa classmates nang zombieface huhu. I don't think may confidence akong lumabas ng bahay after a peel!

nakadalawang treatment na ako kay Doc Leah Martirez and I'm very satisfied naman.
first visit ko - 1200 ang bayad (including soap, sunblock and cream)
second visit - 500

Result was really noticeable na lightening ng skin.
During cleaning medyo mabigat ang hand ni Doc sa small pimples ko sa noo (pero hindi siya malalaki). Medyo nagworry ako kasi may parang may sugat pagkatapos, but next few days, nagkaroon ng little scabs. and a week after, malinis at makinis na after the old skin peeled off. Nagleave ako during the first treatment kasi nga nagulat ko sa mala-ahas na peeling na nangyayari sa face ko, but its all worth it. Second peeling hindi na masyado. Pero magbalik ko ng office, nanotice rin ng mga officemate ko ang "freshness" ko. hahaha

Sabi ko, hilamos-hilamos lang.

Im keeping doc leah. With the price and the result, i think its enough reason to stay away from shelf products, self-medication and experiment.

Next ko siguro sa kanya, syringoma na, pero sa march na and medyo gusto ko rin mabasan ang pangingitim ng labi ko because of too much yosi.

i know how you feel! I had my first during summer break so okay lang. Inaalagaan ko na lang ng topical meds ang skin ko kapag walang time for TCA. Eventually, I learned how to time my TCA. I would go for one on a Friday so by Monday, may fine peeling na. Eventually naman kasi very fine na lang yung peeling so di na halata. Pero as much as possible, vacation pa din ako nagpapa-peel

ewan na lang pano pag halimbawa nag wowork na ako...eh wala nang bakasyon pag ganun.. XD

I regularly go to Dra Martires.  Mas ok ang Tretinoin peel than TCA.  Hindi halata ang peeling kasi manipis lang & hindi umiitim unlike TCA.  Pareho lang ang price nya with TCA.

@vanity fair....medyo may dark pigmentation ako sa cheeks kaya medyo aggressive, tapos, may soap din and kligman's cream sa gabi.

Ask ko lang may nakapagtry na ba dito magpaconsult sa derma ng Medical City yung sa mga satellite clinics nila yung derma ba nakakapagdiagnose kung hormonal o hindi yung break out o agad agad offer sila ng mga products nila nakapagtry na kasi 2k din yung sa set tapos after 2 months bumalik din yung break out ko.

^me. Med City before and derma ko. Medyo na-tame naman pero the improvement is not as big as with my current derma (glad i switched). Doon sa med city derma ko, I used to take antibiotic pa but here sa current derma ko, hindi na.
