Mga sis im still torn in choosing a derma na magpeperform ng fraxel. May acne scars kasi ako. Im thinking of going to dra aivee teo, dra policarpio, tsaka dra 6f. Does anyone know how much would be the cost if kay dra aivee at dra policarpio?will really appreciate your response.tia!

^hi sis! Nako isa pa lang natatanggal, sa taas ng mata ko.. Haaay 5th day ko na bukas ewan ko kung mali ba ang ginawa ko.. Always lang sya may hydrocort.. May isang sis nakausap ko sa LFI sya after 3 days or so clear na daw face nya.. 495 lang.. Awww.. Wait pa ako hehe pero magtetext na ako sa kanila bukas.. Sa may Mayon sis sa malapit Banawe, QC

Im so disappointed to  have discovered some POSERS here on this (and other threads) 

How did I find out? Well like most of you gals here, Im trying to find the right derma for me, and part of that search involves researching online for good reviews. So I googled "magaling na derma" and while reading posts in GT and other online forums I noticed a couple of members (same usernames here and in different forums) which kept promoting their doctor, derma Y. Whats weird is that in the other forums (dated 2011 pa) they rave about derma Y and even give out her detailed clinic sched, tapos here in GT (2013) poser X will ask for a suggestion for a good derma, the other will reply with...yes, you guessed it...the name of derma Y, and then poser X will rave about how great this derma is. If you look at the past posts of poser X here on GT you will see that 95% of her posts are about promoting derma Y. Eto pa, in one post she describes accompanying a friend to another derma, getting unsatisfactory service, then next time they go to that clinic si derma Y na tumingin, and magaling pala eto si derma Y, talking like she doesnt know this derma, but just a few posts before, in another thread, she's raving about derma Y. Huling huli talaga! And huling huli rin on the other online forum (imagine 2011 pa lang ginagawa na nila yung style na to in different online forums) When confronted by members of that other forum (may Exhibit A, Exhibit B pa silang nalalaman, hehe) "its just my honest experience, I wont share na anymore" yung reply and then disappear na sya sa forum na yun. Hayyy, nakakadismaya talaga!

Im not looking to pick a fight or ruin anyones reputation, kaya I did not name names and will not even if people PM me, those who want to know will not have a hard time figuring it out themselves kase obvious na obvious talaga. The sad part is, I was actually considering seeing derma Y kase maganda credentials nya...now, because of all the false propaganda, no way!

I just had to vent my disappointment. I go online and share my experiences/reviews of products&services because I truly liked/hated the product. And I really appreciate it when others do so too coz then I know if this is something I'd like to try or not. I think that's why most of us are here on GirlTalk, to share our experiences in hopes it can help others. Sana naman people dont take advantage of that fact to do false promotion...

Regarding posers, fake reviews, etc:

Lumang tugtugin na yan. Not just here sa derma thread but in other threads, in other forums. Mga clinic, mga nagbebenta ng products, etc. Google nyo mga sis "reputation management" and "astroturfing" and you'll see what I mean.

Sis crystalcornerstone, parang kilala ko yang derma na tinutukoy mo. A comparison of GT threads and PEx threads will reveal the identity.

Kaya sisses, due diligence! If a derma resorts to dirty tactics, how can you trust him or her with your face, di ba?

Sis littlekinselle Let's Face It hehe mommy ko dun ko na lang papuntahin for her warts removal kasi mas mura hehe pero hindi ko pa natanong if magkano pag marami/unlimited.. 1 week na bukas since nagpatanggal ako, nawala na ibang scabs kasi ang tagal ko naligo kagabi haha red spots na lang and wrinkly lang the parts kung saan yung warts before pero okay lang naman..

I strongly agree sis crystalcornerstone.. May kasama si poser X diba? Si poser XX haha baka nga may poser XXX pa, parang alam ko saan yang "it's just my honest experience, i won't share na anymore" i swear if you'll read their posts puro about derma Y.. Kaya never ko na naisip silipin yung site ng derma na yan.. Kala nila ganun ka uto uto mga girls/boys dito eh.. Hay bad lang..

Actually may isa rin ako napansin kasi na gtalker here, when i checked her posts, pansin ko puro kay derma H naman.. As in.. Binanggit ko na din yun dito sa thread kaya ayoko na din tignan yung site ni derma H.. Sayang.. Pero may mga ibang sis din na parang okay naman sila kay derma H, nascared lang ako hehe

^ Thank u sis, di naman madami yung warts ko under eye nasa 5  lang siguro ayoko lang kumalat, pwede ba mag pa cautery yung eyelids? kasi meron ako dun.


@crystalcornerstone, madami naman nakakapansin kung sino yung sinasabi mo deadma na lang siguro, alam mo nman dito pag newbie ka malamang mas may chance na maloko ka, pero yung iba natin dito vigilant.. may thread about sa mga posers ata.. pwede mo dun sabihin para ma-avoid ng mga ka sis natin na maloko pa. Atleast nakatulong kapa dahil sa ginawa mo.. ikaw ngayon ang whistleblower hehe.. Yay to u

^sis patanggal mo na baka sabihin nila lagpas pa sa 5 yan hehe sakin kasi nag dami pala huhu pero im happy now at wala na silang lahat.. Neck naman next ko, may 2 na daw haha ask mo na lang sis, call ka sa mga skin clinics kung kaya sa eyelids baka naman, kasi i have under my eye, tapos sa taas ng mata ko.. Hehe

matagal ba magheal [textspeak!] sugat after i cautery yung warts? meron din kasi ako sa face. ayoko kumalat.

^ 2 weeks na tom after ko mag pa cautery.. maayos na face ko siguro nawala yung scabs sakin after 5-7 days.. then wrinkly lang dun sa spots pero nagpeel sya kusa.. gamit ko lang yung hyrdrocort from derma.. cetaphil facial wash ko patanggal mo na sis, sakin akala ko less than 5 lang.. halos nasa 30 ata yung nakita sakin..
