Hi gurls! we are looking for a house for rent this sat night. i know sobrang short notice tapos long weekend pa. may marerecommend ba kayo? near the highway lang sana kasi late night na kami makakabyahe. budget is max 5k sana. hehe.

^sis try checking Airbnb. May nakita ako a few days ago, a house for rent in Las Brisas which is near the Mendez area. Sa description, easily accessible from the main road. Not sure lang if it's still available for Saturday, pero check mo na din. It's around 3k for the entire 3-bedroom house.

sis pretty _B , kung hindi ka naman choosy try mo ang Keni Po  or MIJO Hotel http://www.mijoph.com/accomodation-rates.html   along the hway right after Picnic Grove. Heard good reviews from a commenter in a Food blog that I am following but haven't been there yet. Pero mas bet ko ang Keni Po kasi may pool at cabana.

^^ and ^, thanks for the replies sisters! unfortunately, we didn't push through to our plan. nag staycation nalang kami here in manila.

never been in keni po. but yeah. ayos kasi may pool dun. we've tried sa Mijo Hotel and i personally liked their rooms kasi carpeted. hehe.

We stayed in Keni Po this weekend, I think what we got was the family room (1 bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds + kitchen + living room), di ko sure yung room type kasi hindi ako ang nagpa-reserve. Okay naman yung place, basic accommodations. The mattresses sa beds were nicely firm, okay din ang pillows. Ang ayoko lang sa Keni Po, humihina ang water pressure nila bigla - may time pa na nawalan talaga ng water while I was in the shower. Nagpasabi pa ako sa husband ko na pakicheck with the front desk bakit ganun, then they adjusted something daw sa likod (maybe where the water pump is?). And medyo sharp yung angle ng daanan from the main road to the parking area, madaling sumayad pag sedan ang gamit hehe. We were able to order beer pa until around 2am, pero the kitchen closed at 10pm so wala nang maorder na food.

any recommended hotel sa tagaytay staycation lang namin ni husband. Yung may magandang garden.
Been to Tagaytay windgate manor pero nasisikipan ako sa space tapos hindi walking distance palabas ng area going to main kaya sa loob lang kami ng room ni hubby. Hindi rin tagaytay view.

sa lee boutique wala rin tagaytay view pero may terrace sila. wala rin garden.

sa st dominque medyo malaki ang space nila may mga for pictures saka ganda ng decor.

sa the boutique ba mga sis. May garden ba sila na pwede ikutan or parang kasing liit lang din ng lee boutique?

been eyeing the boutique or crosswind kasi.

Sis momlory try Nurture Wellness Village, nag glamping kami dun last Nov 15-16 ay sobrang saya. Pasok na pasok sa requirements mo lalo na yung magandang garden

Some friends are staying now at Green Fortune Hotel. It has taal lake view. Plano namin sumunod and stay in the same hotel. Kaso we don't know how to go to tagaytay from MOA.

Question:
1. Pwede  ba cab from MOA to tagaytay?
2. How much usual cab fare? Estimate?
3. Friends staying are foreigners, Hindi sila pwede horseback riding, any adventure and /or places to go u can recommend?

Go to Coastal Mall,meron dun buses going to Tagaytay.

Momlory, if you have the budget go for Nurture Wellness Village, malaki and maganda ang gardens nila based on pictures, wala nga lang Taal Lake view.

Last Nov 29-30, we stayed in Joaquin's Bed and Breakfast, room rate is a bit pricey at 5800. Pero ang ganda ng view ng Taal, panalo talaga. What I loved was their big bed (canopy so extra romantic) and super mabangong sheets and pillows. Tipong di ka na talaga lalabas ng kwarto hehe. The ambience din is cozy and homey. May mini garden naman in front of the room, though maliit lang din talaga.  Get the purple room with the mini garden - winner ito for couples.

^Thanks sis pahinga bago bumalik si hubby sa abroad. plan namin talaga sagada kaso hindi na kaya ng time kasi pagbalik namin sa manila from cebu. 7 days nalang natitira bago siya bumalik sa abroad kung mag sagada pa kami mapapagod sobra  si hubby.

We were in Tagaytay picnic groove this afternoon inabutan kami ng super lakas na ulan. Kamusta naman basang basa sa ulan ang peg namin  Di tuloy namin na enjoy ang gala namin. Buti na lang kakapasok pa lang namin dami pa naman namin kasama seniors at may mga kids pa...

We had our date last night here in Tagaytay, since it was a monday so no traffic walang tao so napaka chill ng place, we ate at Carlo's Pizza with a nice city lights view, sarap ng food nila although the servings are not that generous, but the pizza taste good. We were supposed to dine in Mile Hi katabi lang ng Carlo's pero mas maganda ang view sa Carlo's so we settled there.

Hubby and I just came back from our anniversary treat in Tagaytay. Had lunch at Sonya's garden, bigla kong naalala how plentiful yung servings ng buffet nila. Simple lang pero maya-maya tinatanong kami if we wanted any refill be it the salad, bread or their dalandan juice. Since it was after the holiday wala masyadong tao which we enjoyed kasi hindi magulo. Gulat lang kami kasi anlaki na ng place. It used to be just one pavilion and a few rooms now tatlo na yung pavilions nila plus dami na nilang rooms.

We then checked in at QiWellness Living where we availed of their overnight stay plus 9-course degustation package. Small lang yung place but very private. The food, service and the massage were very good. Ang stand out talaga sa amin ni hubby yung privacy. Although they have two guest rooms they would book both rooms at the same time only if the couple knew each other. Otherwise block off nila yung other room like what happened to us kaya solo namin yung place. Wrote about our experience in my blog in case you want to see photos of the place.

Went to tagaytay yesterday and tried the new branch of Bag of Beans with an overlooking view (though not taal coz part lang ang nakikita). I think the place is better than the original branch because of the space and ambiance!
