hi. anyone here nakatry na sa DUPLEX TAGAYTAY? how was it? i believe "branch" lang nila ito. sa los banos ata talaga ang duplex. private hot spring sya.

mga sis, anong budget hotel ang pwede nyo irecommend sa tagaytay. dating kasi namin ng tagaytay mga midnight-1 am na, so naghahanap kami ng mura na matutulugan dun.

Finally! We're back from Tagaytay.

Hotel : Carmelence Lodge
- The room is quite good, clean interior. Soft bed, and they provide extra pillows. This is near Summit Ridge. Ayoko lang yung shower kasi di umiinit kahit nakalagay sa hot.

Day 1 : We went to have late lunch at Bags of Beans. I ordered Roast beef and he ordered Chicken ala Kiev. The Roast beef's sauce definitely taste like Jollibee's burger steak sauce. The Chicken ala Kiev is so-so. Nice ambiance.

Dinner: Boun Giorno Caffe and Bistro - Maganda sana view pag morning/lunch ka pupunta don. Madilim na nung nakarating kami and wala kami makitang view pero okay lang kasi malamig naman. We ordered their Lasagne al forno, i didnt like it. Parang dog food, sorry for being harsh pero parang ganon We also ordered their New York Pizza which is actually good, parang Cafe Lidia in Marikina.

Day 2: We went to Leslie's and ordered Bulalo for Lunch. Good naman siya. I can't compare kasi di naman ako mahilig sa bulalo. Pero i must say parang sulit ang Leslie's pag by groups kayo kakain.

We also went to Ayala Mall/ Walmart. They have S&R there!!

Day 3: We bought Buko Tart and Blueberry cheesecake tart at Rowena's and it was sooooo good!!

*Di namin masyado naspend yung time namin at Tagaytay kasi antukin ako and matagal ako gumising. Pero naenjoy ko naman mag foodtrip

The Grill by Antonio's near Pancake house is already closed, they changed the name to Balay Dako right after Leslie's yata or RSM, the place is not yet finished but soon it will be one of the famous function hall in Tagaytay.

sis,I still don't know yet yung pricing  ng rental sa tagaytay. Since hindi naman facing Taal lake yung unit, siguro mas mababa ng konti for those unit na facing sa Taal lake

Nagvisit kami once sa The Grill by Antonio's, sarado because lilipat na sila sa mas malaki na space, andun din sa loob ng area na yun. Ewan if open na now. I want to go back na. Favorite ko all their restos. Pero my baby is 2 months pa lang. Hehe

Passed by Tagaytay and had lunch at Leslies's 2 weeks ago.
Arrived past 1:30pm and had a hard time getting a table. Ang daming tao, probably bec. it was a Sunday. I think this place is overrated. The food is so-so and was quite expensive. I have tasted better bulalo.

^Hindi ko rin ever nagustuhan ang Leslie´s.  Mas nasarapan pa ako sa RSM kesa Leslie´s, mas mura pa haha. Yung Balinsasayaw din, maganda lang yung bahay kubo pero typical lang ang food.   Yung Hawaiian BBQ masarap din.  Nagbook ako ng 3 days stay sa isang private vacation home sa malapit sa Caleruega for the  1st week of Sept. (officially,part na sya ng Nasugbo pero 15 mins drive lang naman from Tagaytay)  Eto na yung nakita kong pinakamura na private home na may pool. 5k sya per day for 6 persons ( sa Airbnb mga 7k sya, pero pumayag na special price yung mayari).  Excited na ako magrelax relax sa tagaytay!  Ang gusto ko lang puntahan ay yung Caleruega (para magpicture ng views, nagiipon ako ng mga pics ng kakaibang mga simbahan sa pinas eh :-))   Gusto ko rin magvisit sa Ilog Maria Bee Farm and itry eh yung Mahogany Market :-)
Magbackread nga  ako dito ng mga bagong kakainan sa Tagaytay!

Yung Loumar´s nasasarapan kami, gusto ko rin yung sansrival ng loumar´s (addict kasi ako sa sansrival )  Mas gusto ko ang Loumar´s kesa sa Collete´s o Rowena´s.  Ako rin di nasasarapan sa pies at tarts sa Rowena´s pero sarap na sarap ako sa chocolate chip cookies nila at gustong gusto bumili ng nanay ko ng kung [textspeak!]-anung makukutkot sa shop nila kaya dumadaan pa rin kami dun pagnagtatagaytay.

Sis momlory, saan yung amira´s buko cream pie?  gusto ko sana syang itry :-)


  Yung Memory Lane ba nila Jolina worth it na puntahan? Bilang sabik kasi ako sa pagkaing pinoy, so iniisip ko kung medyo American bistro ang food nila, hindi na lang siguro.
