I'm not a fan of animated movies but we watched this cus we wanted this to be her first movie experience. Mejo she got bored cus hinde sya sanay talaga ng matagalan nagwa-watch ng TV but we enjoyed it naman. Ang daming funny parts.

Nice little romantic movie although with a cliche' amnesia plot. I felt bad for Channing Tatum's character. Nakakaiyak din sya ng konti.

Finally napanood na namin ng daughter ko yung Monster University rating ko 8.5/10- nakakatawa yung snail who dont want to get late in the first day of school, laughtrip lang. Sa kalagitnaan ng movie nakatulog ako kasi last full show yon mejo antok na talaga ko pero naririnig ko yung asawa at anak ko tawa ng tawa

4 sisters and A Wedding- 4.5/5 nakakatawa tong movie na to, bentang benta kay hubs, tuwang tuwa sya sa family ni princess LOL... Si Toni Gonzaga ang nagdala ng movie na to, galing nya umacting nakakatawa talaga, pati si Carmi Martin.

Pacific Rim - 10/10

Pacific Rim is the ultimate robot/monster/mecha/otaku film, whatever you may call it.  I had so much fun watching it.

I’ll say this a thousand times, this movie is Transformers vs. Godzilla on steroids. The Jaegers made the Transformers look like toys. The enormity of the creatures were a marvel to watch, as if the screen was not big enough. There is a balance of drama with the Pentecost-Mori-Becket back stories, and comedy via Charlie Day’s hilarious antics. The opening scenes alone instantly engages you for things to come. It was brilliant and I’m not overreacting. I haven’t seen a robot-monster movie like this before.

As for the actors I think the most notable were Idris Elba as Stacker Pentecost (what’s up with that name?), and Charlie Day as Dr. Newt Geiszler who brings comic relief from the action-packed scenes.

The 3D is also great, you could actually see what’s happening instead of giving you headaches trying to follow what’s going on, who’s attacking who. Guillermo Del T*** is really in a different league compared to Michael Bay. I also applaud him for making a movie of epic proportions with just a budget of $180 million.

I admit I am not a robot/mecha/Neon Genesis Evangelion geek nor am I an action movie junkie. I’m a girl who likes watching cheesy romantic movies. But this one is a freaking exception. I was mind-blown, I was entertained.

I don’t really care much about the critics, for me it was awesome. It was so much fun. Go see it ON THE BIG SCREEN before it’s too late. You won’t regret it.
