BDO EIP( Easy Investment Plan)

^Saw your photo. Unfortunately, that did not happen to me. After two months of being debited (1k per month also), no additional investment was added to my account. Unlike in yours, where you can see your money while it's being pooled. I've asked BDO and the officer said that my money's still "floating" until it reaches P10k. Then that's the only time it'll be invested.

Sorry to be so annoyingly negative on BDO's EIP program. This is based on what I've actually experienced. Good for you, your branch was able to process yours correctly.

Moral of the story: Look for a branch who knows how to process EIP transactions!

i agree with mxherr5. i'm subscribed to EIP, for 2 years now. contribution gets invested immediately. i've had actually COPs na may earnings na agad when issued.

@jenny_syngkit: maybe you have not enrolled your investment account sa online banking account mo? that's why it does not show?

Mga sis, have you checked your My Trust Investment section sa online banking? It seems pwede na online magsubscribe and redeem sa UITFs and EIPs ng BDO just like BPI? Or mali lang pagkakaintindi ko?

sis i tried pwede na nga! i did not push through lang kasi not sufficient ang fund ko. mejo effort lang pag-subscribe for me. not as easy as BPI's

^ really?!? hay naku, naiinis lang ako lalo dun sa BDO branch ko.

I've enrolled my investment account sa online, yung pinurchase ko na 10k upfront nakikita ko na online. that's why I asked bakit hindi lumalabas yung sa EIP ko. Tapos, they gave me the "floating" explanation. hay naku.

me too i agreed with them sis kaya nga ako sumali sa BDO EIP dahil kahit 1k pa lang contribution iinvest na nila yan..naconfirm ko din yon with the bdo staff kung saan ako nag open..

I just enrolled sa BDO EIP. Balanced Fund ang pinili ko kasi moderate lang siya.May site ba where I can check yung performance ng fund na 'to for the last 3-5 years? May nakita na kasi ako before kaso di ko alam basahin, di ko pa nagegets yung mga percentage and all kasi newbie lang ako sa ganitong investment. Pwede pahelp mga sis?

Tapos diba mas ok na magregister online para namomonitor mo yung galaw ng pera mo? Is it true na you can only register after you receive your first COP?

Do you gals think this is a good time to invest in BDO EIP? I have stocks and super bagsak sya right now. As is bloody red ang portfolio ko. Huhu! I've been wanting to do EIP for a couple of months now so I'm thinking if this is a good timing.

@ bk, according sa mga batikan na sa investing, mas bababa pa daw ang presyo ng mga stocks, kung ako siguro, antay pa ko ng konti.

Right now, -10% ang Balanced fund ko at -8% naman sa equity.
Pero ok lang kasi long term naman ang goal ko.

Mga sis, paano ba i-enroll ang EIP sa BDO online? Nakalogin kasi ako and I can view my current balance pero di ko mafigure-out paano i-enroll yung EIP. A little help please?

I was about to invest sa EIP program nila when I was told by BDO SM Sta Rosa branch that the money deducted from the main account has to reach at least 10k bago nila iinvest. Mukhang iba iba yata ang implementation ng branches ng BDO on this one. Alin ba ang tama?

mga sis thank you sa inyong lahat, matagal ko nang problem yung EIP ko sa BDO na hinulugan ko 2 years ago. ngayon ko lang nalaman na may online facility na so ngayon ko lang nakita yung account ko. never ko nakita to kasi wala namang COPs na binigay sakin. Ngayon ko lang naview online na may COP numbers naman.
marami akong issue na nakikita ngayon:
1. money market yung inapply ko dati tapos ngayon sa Peso Balanced Fund pala ko nilagay
2. may 2 COP numbers na pala pero kahit email wala akong nareceive na COP
3. ang eip ko sakanila is from Oct to 1st wk Dec 2013, yun kasi yung time na makakcomplete na ko ng initial 10k. ang alam ko hanggang feb lang sila nagbawas sa acct ko ayun pala until July 2014 kumuha pa sila ng amt sa savings ko. hay hindi ko napansin sa savings yun ah, hidni ko yata nakita sa transaction history. nakakuha pa pala ng investment bago magclose yung account ko.

anyway, based sa transactions, it's clear na every 10k lang nila ginamit yung funds ko. yung last transaction is less than 5k, ininvest nila pero walang COP number.

How's the performance ng equity?planning to open an account i will initially invest 10k then next month ko na ipapaautomatic deduction of 2k. Akala ko you can apply online na need pa rin pala to go to the bank.

hello! i have bdo eip and im planning to stop yung auto deduction nila by november. already have one COP but i have not gotten the copy from the branch. question ko, meron pa ako invested amount na 6k pa lang (thus wala pang COP), if i stop by november and di macomplete yung 10k to get a COP what will happen to my investment? pano ko siya maredeem in the future if i have no COP for the 6k. sorry if magulo kwento ko but i hope someone can advise me on this. Thanks!

It's awesome to know that my investments are reflecting on my online BDO Savings account without enrolling them and I can view the progress (gains and losses) anytime I want.

^^nangyari sa akin yan sis na pinastop ko deduction tapos hindi nakumpleto yung yung 10k. Ibinalik ng BDO sa acct ko yung nadeduct.

To add to what crzysxycl said, you also get slapped with a non completion
fee of 0.5%

Closed na savings account ko sakanila, pero yung portion ng fund ko na hindi umabot ng 10k ginamit pa rin nila to buy units, thus Kasama sa computation ng total portfolio ko. I'll  try to ask kung pwede magdagdag ako para macomplete yung 10k sa portion  na yun para magkaCOP ako.
