Today in Trinoma Benefit, I wanted to get my brows done and the brow artist there is just so rude. She could've said "sorry ma'am we're full, Hindi na po namin kayo ma-accommodate" but instead she said "puno na. Balik ka nalang next time" what a way to shoo a loyal customer away. Not only that, this is the second time it happened to me in that same branch with a different brow artist 2 weeks ago. Grabe! I got so pissed, I had to message their PR person from the head office, good thing na kilala ko before yun.
