Try carrot soap. Nung nagpaderma ako sa dermclinic super dumami pimples ko, asar lang. Pero nung gumamit ako carrot soap unti unting nawala.

Thanks sis. Sige try ko 'to. Pero yun salicylic acid, anung sasabihin ko sa mercury? Nakaligquid form talaga yun pag binili? Parang first time ko kasing narinig na may generic ang salicylic acid.

^ Ako sis conditioner ang culprit. Pag nagririnse ako ng buhok naka part na yung hair ko sa 2 tapos paside ako nagbabanlaw ng hair para hindi mapunta sa likod ko then magsasabon uli ako ng katawan with matching loofah para mawala residue ng conditioner then eskinol with clindamycin para sure.

Hi girls,

I need help badly. I used benzac AC gel 5% (not the WASH) last night. I bought it in Mercury for 304 pesos. I put it in my pimples though very few, nalagyan ko din yung skin around my pimples. and when I woke up this morning, nag color red yung skin na nalagyan.  my mistake here is dapat super konti lang ng nilagay ko and dapat spot treatment lang. nasanay kasi ako sa celeteque spot corrector gel which is super uneffective kahit ilagay mo all over your face. hahaha! oops. sorry. pero I observed na effective ang benzac kasi nag dry lahat ng pimples ko!  yun nga lang, nag color red yung skin ko na walang pimples. 

I already put ponds. nabasa ko may moisturizer siya, so for the mean time yun muna ang nilagay ko, maybe tomorrow, i'll buy celeteque moisturizer with spf 15. kasi nabasa ko na nakakadry ang benzac. huhu. Help. What will I do? moisturize lang ba? mawawala ba agad to? napansin ko ding medyo nawala yung redness niya though visible pa din.

Eto din problem ko hanggang ngayon. But currently using keracnyl and duac gel for my pimples.  Sana mawala na lahat naka ilang derma na din ako. Hopefully sa bagong derma ko at meds na ginagamit ko ma ok na.

grabe 2 nights lang akong no toner and anti-pimple cream na nilalagay sa gabi (facial scrub at facial wash lang), pero nagka-breakouts ako. 2 pimples pa!!! ano yun? 1 per night? ajuju. T______T

I forgot to share, I also used local raw honey as my daily facial wash for about 6 months. Works like a regular cleanser but it can't remove makeup.

It did not prevent pimples but significantly reduce redness from acne marks and pigmentation. Pero nagsawa ako ang messy sa umaga at gabi, pero pwedeng ko kainin yung cleanser ko haha

do you have any thing to suggest sa 14yr old daughter ko na may pimples, mild lang sana.

I bought erythromycin solution from my derma. Hindi naman sobrang lala ng pimples ko ee. Mga 6 pieces lang. hehe. So sana magwork.

kitchen remedies:
apply using a cotton bud

apple cider vinegar - undiluted spot treatment
Epsom salt mix with a little water
Aztec Bentonite clay - use as instructed then spot treatment lang sa pimple spot

Medicated spot treatment:
Malin+goetz 10%sulfur ok din sa patubong pimple as long as hindi sya cystic acne
or 10% salicylic acid (rhea)

I will not recommend benzoyl peroxide na trauma na ako sa bleach stains sa damit at sheets

lagi kasi akong nagbrebreak out sa forehead and chin tapos yun nga nabasa ko sa face mapping na it came from digestive system and stomach, constipated kasi ako at mahilig kumain ng sweets, fatty foods and chips so kailangan linisin yung sa loob.

for a couple of months i drink 2-3 liters or more of water a day. pag kagising 2 glasses of water agad after an hour pa ko kakain or iinom ng iba. tapos nageexercise din ako. ang regimen ko naman lactacyd blue, st ives scrub, at facial cleanser. then ngayon hindi nako constipated at small portions nalang mga cravings ko. hindi na din ako nagbrebreakout pwera nalang pag pms.

^ Thanks sis, I read the post, and mejo natakot ako sa nakita ko. Kasi parang totoo nga. Liver, pancreas, intestine & stomach, and heart. Lalo yung sinabi sa liver, na avoid eating late night, e favorite kong gawin yun e. Mas madali kasi ako nakakatulog kapag busog. Haha. Hindi rin talaga ako madalas uminom ng water, kahit isang glass lang hirap na hirap akong ubusin. I should really change my eating habits na. Parang kelangan ko rin ata mag colon cleanse. Pareho tayo lagi din ako constipated sis.
