Anyway, just bought apple cider vinegar, hhn sbo, facial wash and toner. Try ko muna for one week if effective, nakita ko meron sa sulit yung benzac ac kaya lang di kaya fake yun? Hehe takot ako bumili sa ganun tsaka not sure if i can mix using these products so good luck sakin

fish oil sis? hmmm natry ko dati kasi pinapainom ko ng fish oil mga anak hehe once ko lang natry kasi ang lansa amoy isda talaga,,and tinubuan agad ako ng butlig...for now satisfied na me sa skinmate shark oil...kaso now out of stock sa sm north watson,,mabili daw kasi..

^^fish oils are great for balancing your skin and for heart health na din. Pero be careful din kasi maraming variants/sources so may malansa talaga and counter-effective. I used salmon fish oil which I get from SNR, I forgot the brand, perl ok siya. I have oily facial skin kasi but can get really dry in other areas of my skin.

@Adam1025 - make sure to try the products one at a time, pag na-shock kasi young skin mo, panibagong breakout yan from irritation and that's a lot harder to clear. For starters just try the ACV after cleansing with a mild soap, use at night lang and in the morning use a proper sunscreen after cleansing. Tapos if all goes well, add on the products one by one. Be wary also that oils are very YMVV (hiyangnan) for oily and acne-proned skin, they can sometimes be very comedogenic, esp. coconut oil.) The only oil that agreed with my skin was rosehip oil.

@triziarufina,for me sis ok pantanggal ng breakouts skinmate shark oil,,though every month nagkakapimples me,every menstruation ,,but after that dry agad and no marks left...hiyang lang me siguro...

^^ sis maganda ba talaga ang skinmate shark oil? I want to try it kaso I'm afraid pag gumamit ako. what other products do you use while using the shark oil (facial wash/soap? toner? moisturzer?)

yes sis, i'd recommend Braggs for the apple cider. mas masarap kesa sa Heinz na brand.

the less I put on my face, the less break outs I get

kumbaga less is more talaga.

I know trend ngayon yung maraming steps sa skincare regime, pero halos wala talagang commercial product mag-agree sa skin ko.

Nung time na medyo inayos ko yun diet ko, atsaka naging less harsh ako sa face ko,mas nag lessen yun breakouts ko. Strugglin parin ako especially ngayong holiday season andaming temptations.

I just wanna know, what do you do about the scars?

Nawala na kasi [textspeak!] painful, cystic acnes ko sa cheeks. But i'm left with scars, [textspeak!] mapula pula, [textspeak!] iba mejo maitim na. Kaya parang i still have acne pa din.

Share ko lang mga sis, marami na din ako na try, pero pinaka nahiyang ako sa oatmeal cleanser.

^I use Adapalene pero spot treatment lang and every night or every other night. Eventually, nawala naman. Hehe. Make sure to stay out of the sun or bright lights para di lalong maging dark.

Ang dami ko rin na-try na treatments pero I'm sticking to my current regimen:

Wash with Cetaphil
Moisturize with Nivea Baby Smoothy Cream (mas hiyang ako dito kesa dun sa SebaMed na humahapdi mukha ko! Biruin mo, gentle na yung moisturizer na yun)

Occasionally:
Pag feel ko medyo rough na ang skin sa impurities, I scrub with St. Ives. Usually once a week ko lang to ginagawa.
Pag naiirita ako sa dark spots, I put Adapalene on those areas.
Pag may malalaking pimples (usually when I have my period), I apply Duac on those pimples.

I am currently battling a bad breakout on the left side of my face. My derma prescribed me to use -

Aveene Cleanance Gel
Epiduo for spot treatment
Tetralysal - oral antibiotic
Tricacneal
Neostrata whitening gel for the scars

Katialis then eskinol-clindamycin is what im currently trying. So far it dries up my hormonal pimples

Yan lang nakapagpagaling ng bonggang breakout ko due to hormones. First time ko tinry yung safeguard sa face and infairness, ok yung pink with aloe, di ganun ka-drying. Di na rin sinundan ng ibang pimples.

Hay nako lahat na ata ng facial wash tinry ko like tokyo love soap, garnier green tea scrub, garnier pure active fruit energy, Orange peel, loreal pure zone, olay, cetaphil etc. Wala akong pakielam kung pricey but safguard lang pala na yung nakaplastic lang na less than 20 pesos yung magiging kasundo ko sa pagsugpo ng pimples! ~Sentai mode lang hehe. (Sentai po is parang power rangers genre and not hentai btw)

I also used hada labo lotion and milk and iwhite aqua moisturizing cream but ayun balik na naman ako sa celeteque kasi may aloe sya and super light lang.

Before that routine tinry ko rin yung shark oil and placenta cream. Ok naman sila and ang bilis talaga makadry and medyo fade ng blemishes but nagppeel kasi ang skin ko constantly with those kaya my face got red or dark easily pag naiinitan ako so I thought my skin really needed to take a break din.

Cure nalang gamit ko for now kasi di nya pinipilit magpeel ang skin, tinatanggal nya lang yung dead skin sa surface very gently.

Yung hiruscar naman is really good! Third day of using ko palang sa face and I can really see my acne marks fading and smoothening din! I've read kasi that it can heal even yung mga lubog na scars. I apply it 3 times a day sa face and also on two scars on my legs which are very very old just to compare the speed and see if it will work. It really works faster on my facial skin than sa legs.

I'm very impressed and happy with these products!

Pag hindi nag work ang beauche sakin (wag naman sana) I'll try the eskinol clindamycin na, meron na kong eskinol haha. Tapos hiruscar. I saw sa kabilang thread effective daw yung placenta soap with goat's milk I wanna try this din.

super dami kong cystic pimples dati, nagclear talaga as in. nagstop lang ako nung napreggy ako and nagpabreastfeed. now i'm back to that routine for almost 3 months na. yung acne marks due to breakouts nung preggy ako faded na. hindi na rin ako tinutubuan ng cystic acne, small bumps na lang (1-2) during my period but heals fast naman. dati james cooper cf gamit ko para cover na cover talaga yung mga dark marks, ngayon maybeline bb stick na lang gamit ko. super love it. mas ok raw kasi ang gel form ng tretinoin compare sa cream kasi yung cream may ingredients na can trigger pimples.

Sis, saan nabibili ang hiruscar and how much?

Sa Mercury drug sis. Limited lang yung branches na nagccarry ng hiruscar though. Sa cubao sa gateway ako nakabili ng 20grams. It's P852 if I remember correctly.

Mas mura sya sa contractubex kasi 10grams lang nun is 500+ na.
